My experience with this man is very sad. I found him 4 1/2 years ago when he first started his company he was incredibly polite and unbelievable. I was able to pay my bills from far away and trust him before I moved into my home. He painted my entire home and replaced two doors for me and did a beautiful job. After that, when I tried to contact him again, I made five or six phone call attempts only to get an answering machine and was ignored. It was very hurtful to really respect someone and want to use their services again and be completely ignored. Unfortunately, this is life in Lincoln city it is impossible to get workers and nobody returns calls but it made me so sad that this one person who I respected so much would do this. I guess this is what happens when you start making money and getting lots of jobs. You no longer need the people you started with. I would love to work with him again, but he does not return phone calls and has ignored me repeatedly.

Never returns phone calls, never calls back if you don't want to call people and they're trying to call you for business just disconnect your phone. I used him about five years ago when I moved here and he had his business Brand New he was Johnny on the spot right here doing great work, and then has just disappeared and has nothing to do with people after working for them. He should go by Finish Wrong, I believe he has changed his name to Pfeiffer remodeling. This is endemic in Lincoln City. If you ever decide to move here, just realized that eight out of 10 people will ignore you, never call you back or just not show up. I don't know what the problem with this town is but that's the truth.This is how almost everybody here behaves unfortunately. Luckily, now I have a really good company to work with and I don't have to put up with this anymore.

I had an appointment at noon on Saturday 3 weeks ago with this contractor for an interior paint job bid. He failed to show at the appointed time. He phoned about 3 pm and said that he "lost track of time". I had him come out anyway, that same day. He walked the interior of the house, took no notes or measurements and said he would get back to me. 3 weeks later, I have heard nothing, similar to the other reviewer here who was ghosted by this guy, as well. No time for a phone call or email, if only to say "not interested"? He could not be bothered, obviously.

This guy came out and looked at our property for a paint job and said he can send the estimate that evening and never called or emailed us. Then we called back to see why he hadn’t called and never heard from him. So we found someone that was actually reputable. Let me get something clear, you never came out to give us a price to paint a room inside our house. We asked you for exterior paint and we were in absolutely no hurry whatsoever. Nice try. We never had any interior paint requested, it was all Outside. We have someone there painting our house, My husband walked the entire perimeter of the outside of the house with Jacob showing him exactly what we wanted done. It’s kind of hard to do a review of a job that was never done, when you can’t even get somebody to give you a quote.
