Eddie Bauer Outlet was alright, I guess. I went in, and they didn't have the stuff I wanted. It was my first time there, and it's not really my kind of store. The clothes aren't that exciting. Kinda boring. But if you're into that style, you should check it out.

I just witnessed the manager handle an unreasonable customer really well with calmness. I didn’t want to butt in at the time but I just wanted the manager to know they did a good job! Way better than I would have done.
