I went in because Valvoline told me they couldn't replace my blinker light due to a broken wire. The repair guy at CCS comes out after about 45 minutes and talking to the front counter guy says there was nothing wrong with it and all it needed was a new bulb ( I overheard while sitting in the lobby).. so why the 188.00 charge? Bulb was 7.95 so, I guess they charge 177.00 an hour for labor? Never again.

Major shoutout to this auto shop. I live wayyy out in the boonies and even though it took a couple of tries, their amazing driver Travis managed to get my car down the mountain into the shop. No small feat. They ended up charging me slightly less than they estimated, and had my car ready about four days before I expected it. I had major travel plans, and everything hinged on my car getting fixed. They didn’t even know this, and still came through beyond expectation. I am happy to say that I now have a local shop I can trust and they will be definitely be getting more of my business in the future.

I'm always pleased with the service at Car Care. From the lst call for an appt until pick up, I am always made aware if there are issues that need to be addressed beyond the initial problem. The quotes are specific and since I have regular work done there they can tell when hoses, fluids, etc. have been replaced. I always get my car back in a timely manner. I couldn't be more pleased.

We traveled 14 hours with 3 kids when my thermostat and coolant temp sensor went out. I called the shop and Mark got my car in the next morning and started working on diagnostics and my warranty. Mark and his team started working as soon as warranty was approved and had us back on the road within a day! I am very impressed with the service ??

My husbands car had a big backlog of maintenance that needed to be done, the entire staff was very understanding that in these time it is hard to spend lots of money on car repairs. They helped me prioritize what needed done now and to schedule future maintenance. On top of that it was less than they quoted me! Thank you so much for getting me back on the road!

We were in Lincoln City and the alternator went out on our Van. The guys at Car Care Specialists were obviously already so busy, but agreed to at least get our van in and see if they could fit it in. They did and saved our vacation!!! So grateful ? for them.Thank you so very much!!

Since I messaged you guys 2 weeks ago and didn't get a response, I'm going to have to leave this review. The owner of this business attempted to charge me hundreds of dollars for a brake repair I didn't need! I'm new to town, and took my car to Car Care Tow-Pro for an oil change, as there aren't many options in town. When I went to pick my car up, a man (who I now know is the owner) told me that my brakes needed to be repaired ASAP, and that there were "below 1mm" "all around." I told him that was surprising, since I had had my oil changed at a dealership previously, and they hadn't mentioned anything about my brakes even though they'd rotated my tires. I had also replaced my brakes 2 years ago. The owner told me that they must not have looked at the brakes, and told me that brakes can be worn down that quickly depending on how someone drives. HE MADE ME SIGN A WAIVER before leaving saying that my car was unsafe to drive off the premesis because the brakes were "below 1mm." He even gave me a long story about why he now makes people sign waivers when their brakes are bad. I didn't ask for information on financing, but he offered that as well. He also just happened to be running a front brake special for 199.99, not including the rotors or back brakes. I was due to leave for a long Thanksgiving road trip 2 days later, so I took my car to Les Schwab for a brake inspection. I explained why I was bringing my car in, and told them that I wanted to know if my brakes were really as bad as I was told by CCS. I waited over 2 hours (not Les Schwab's fault, it was pre-holiday and a last minute appointment) to be told that my brakes are in perfect working order all around. Between 3-4mm, and over 50% left on all the brakes. I asked them if there was any way the mechanic/owner at Car Care could have been mistaken, and they said, "maybe if they didn't actually look at the brakes or just saw the side of them." Even if that were the case, you don't tell someone they need hundreds of dollars in repairs unless you're sure. I messaged Car-Care on Facebook for an explanation (they have a high message response rate, and saw my message) and I have yet to hear back from them 2 weeks later. I sincerely hope there was some "honest mistake," although I'm not sure how there could have been. Car Care, I'm still waiting for an explanation. If I don't get one, I'm going to assume you tried to take advantage of a young woman. I see other scam accusations towards you online now, and wish I would have seen them before giving Car Care my business.

Clutch got jammed up halfway to the coast. I went to Car Care Specialist with no reference or recommendation, only high hopes I could get it fixed and not be taken advantage of. Mark and the people at Car Car Specialist went out of their way to get a clear picture of the issue and managed to get me in and out the next day for a reasonable price. I doubt they need good reviews to stay busy, so mostly this is a thank you to them.

I had a great experience with Car Care Specialists. Fortunately I was able to leave my Caddie for a few days while they diagnosed and fixed multiple problems. Finding parts was a huge problem since many parts are no longer being made.

I've told them that my husband can no longer take care of the car and I'm not trained on where everything is and how to do it. They are doing an excellent job of checking everything and keeping me informed of what is important.
