Great customer service and quality of work! We had to make the longer drive to the Caliber office in Lincoln City and I'm glad we did, it was worth it. They handled all paperwork with the car rental company, who also did a great job.
The vandalism to my new car was upsetting but the repair process was smooth and professional.
I highly recommend Caliber Collison in Linciln City.

Repairs took over a month when promised it would be no more than 2 weeks so we ended up having to use our farm truck which sucks the gas (causing undue expense to us for an accident that was not our fault) during that time because they did not provide a loaner car. And after a month we got it back without repairs being completed so they are going to have to finish at a later time instead of making sure they had all the parts before they started. Also my GPS and clock (which was working when dropped off) is not working now.

Repair took longer than expected due to an incorrect part coming from California, however we were kept well informed throughout the process and they stayed after hours to get the truck done and back to us. Very much appreciated and would use them again or recommend to others.

A rock hit my side view mirror which demolished it. Immediately took it to Caliber and they did an impeccable job in repairing it. They also provided a ride to and from my home as I had no other means of transportation. That was a big plus for me. The work they did to fix it was great and my Jeep side mirror and casing looks like nothing ever happened to it. Job went very well and smoothly. Thank you Caliber!
