It all depends on who is working on the level of service you get. The current manager there is worthless. He got me my phone then just went back to his phone playing games or whatever he was doing. I tried asking several questions just to be ignored,his phone was much more important than helping customers. Never had a problem with any of the other employees there.

I went to the AT&T store to get a new phone and the service was outstanding. I appreciated the time the sales person took to explain everything. All in all I’m impressed with my experience.

Do not go with AT&T, I just got screwed out of $830 because they were not honest with me about the trade in plan when they knew I was going to break the contract before 36 months. The guy who helped me out at the store was nice but honesty is key for me. Don’t haggle me into a contract when you know I am not going to get the full trade in value at the end. I had purposely bought a new iPhone in Oregon from the Apple Store because it’s tax free, but I returned it to go with AT&T for the trade in. Which I don’t even get in the end. So I am out a new phone, the tax I have to pay now for a different phone, and the screen protector and casing is all a waste I paid for since I have to take it all off this phone to bring back to AT&T. Luckily the guy who I traded my phone in with today in Florida was honest to tell me the real policy so they didn’t take my old phone too and already ship it back. Go with Spectrum or Mint Mobile, way cheaper!Just got off the phone today with AT&T and found out I was totally lied to. I was told $55 a month for everything. I see my bill it’s $142, the guy failed to mention to me start up costs and other random fees. I was literally lied to so they could make a sale. So happy there is a legal department I can talk to for fraud.

Had a broken phone while on vacation. So we went in to replace it. They had a great deal, but the phone was not in stock. The salesman lied to us and told us the phone would be delivered to the ATT store closest to us in 3 days. When we went to pick up the phone, they didn’t even have a record of the order. So now we might get a phone in a month, and maybe not.

I have to admit, I hate getting a new phone. Installing all the old programs, passwords, and apps drives me up a wall. However, Brandon makes the process simple and painless. It still takes a while for the data transfer to take place, but there are plenty of shops in the area to while the time away waiting for the transfer to complete. I love almost 100 miles away, but I still use this shop for my phone needs. They are that good. I highly recommend then.

There is a person who works here that added a fraudulent line under a giberish name to my account to inflate sales. This was confirmed by customer service. Avoid at all costs. They have people working there who will take advantage of you and stick you with extra costs so that they can log 1 more sale. Also, they hung up on me when I tried to explain my concern and will not answer any calls to the store. 0/10

Although every cell company has rip offs , ricardo in Lc was very helpful, I canceled my wifes line , not his fault he did his Job, Just the company in general of lack of customer care on customer "care line" and service, and repetitive company lines and clearly reading from a sheet. Because it annoyingly repetitive . Oh yeah fyi 800 credit comes in installments... your welcome update, previous manager took my phone for credits and never applied it check your payments after so called trade in value, only gets applied in payment installments for 36 payments they never mention that until over a year later if you catch on especially if you dealt with it and thought the issue was resolved 7 months ago.. oh yeah 800 credit doesnt applie till first billing cycle, oh didn't notice it, well try calling them and wait additional 3 months like they say then call back and yeah they'll fix it.. lol over a year later.. got taken. My old nice Samsung note 10 broken phone due to charger plug in not my fault always buy Samsung or appropriate charging cables, and waterproof case, traded for a note 20 ultra with so called 350 off. Over a year later never got applied not even in installments which they hide.oh and fyi i owe about 670.00 still on my phone but the value now is a little over 100.00 doesn't make sense.

My husband & I were in last month just checking out new phones, the mgr there, Branden talked with us about the ATT trade in program. He explained that both of our phones would qualify for the $800.00 credit and he helped us with the monthly new cost.So he ordered our new phones and we sent our old phones to ATT corp, waited 3 weeks to complete, then I find out from ATT that only 1 of our phones qualify for the 800.00 credit!! We are Senior Citizens on a fixed income & cannot afford the phone that did not qualify & now feel that we were lied to & taken advantage of. We have a case open with ATT to resolve this. We want our old phones back, or the trade in credit on both phones or we will CANCEL all 5 of our lines with a company that we have been with for 20 years! Upset Customers!

Went there today to upgrade a phone and recieved fantastic customer service from Branden. He listened to understand what our priorities were and gave us a couple of good options to chose from. Asked him several questions and he was patient and informative.
