The absolute worst postal carriers I've ever had. I've lived in a lot of different places, and I have never in my life had so many issues with misdelivered mail and packages.

I am forever surprised that the employee with zero integrity is still working there, it’s clear he doesn’t want his job and treats everyone like garbage who walks in. I see him and I walk out, there’s no sense in trying to use any USPS services if he’s in

They have lost several packages but take no responsibility. Mail has gone missing and they don’t know why. Checks and other mail. They have told me packages were undeliverable due to access however I have an open walkway to my front door and no pets no fence and no reason why someone could leave a package. The United States post is a joke anymore

Guy at the counter is rude and treats you like you are stupid. Worst customer service. Everytime! That's putting it nice. I now go to UPS.

Instead going to the post office in Lebanon, Oregon. The one man at the front counter is so rude and treats you like you are dumb. He felt the need to walk me through how to write an address. If I pay to have a package mailed I expect the address to be printed on the label. This doesn't seem to be a problem for UPS or FedEx. The postal service in the US is getting ridiculous.

Even though the office was short handed the ladies working were so patient. The computer was being difficult but she worked on until she won! It could have been a bad experience but because of the ladies it was turned around. I was in the office today.

Helpful team members. Best post office I’ve been to in a while.

I recently moved and had to receive my keys to my mailbox from them. I had a package delivered and checked inside, nothing. I contacted them and they told me I needed a change of address request. (Which was not the problem) I did so anyways. Luckily Amazon was able to reimburse me. I receive another package that is “placed in my mailbox”. Yet again, nothing is in there. It was delivered through them. They always have no idea what I’m talking about and can never help me. I’m now down over $100 with no help.

Just for general knowledge, If a holiday officially lands on a Sunday that following Monday is automatically considered a holiday to government buildings, post office, and banks. They do not need to post it on there windows and doors. Your basically supposed to know that as an adult, even though a large majority of people don't.

How about train your drivers to obey traffic laws and yield to oncoming traffic. One of your drivers nearly caused an accident on Bond Road on 2/7/23 by pulling out from the shoulder without looking, then raised her hand at me like I was in the wrong. Being in a hurry does not excuse this.

Lost my packages a couple times and couldn’t get reimbursed. Not the best service.

They were doing good till they were closed on the day after christmas and closed on the day after new years day. They are not holidays, no signage on door informing people they will be closed either nor was googles business hours updated. Not a big deal unless its a 45 minute one way drive to drop off packages just to find out they arent open. If your package requires a signature they wont even bother trying to get one while they are out delivering, instead they will just put a pink slip in your box saying they attempted to get a signature, and now you need to come into to the post office to sign for it.

Have been to the post office several times since summer. They have always been friendly and helpful. They have suggested less expensive ways of shipping as well, which is much appreciated.
