We had what we thought was an end of life emergency with our 14 year old cat. Of course it was on the Christmas Holiday weekend. Dr Hiatt was in the office with a full staff, and was able to see us right away. He was concerned, compassionate, and helpful. What turned out to be a flea allergy and a puffed-up bottom lip, was taken care of without an emergency fee of any kind, and we were sent home with a cat who is recovering nicely. Very compassionate group of folks, very helpful, and thorough. Thank you!

terrible do not recommend zero out of ten ill never put another animal in this bad situation they were rude judgemental and they traumatized both my cat and me . zero rating zero score

Awesome vet services been doing buisness with them for 18 years Even though they changed hands in the past they still provide great service and I wouldn't take my animals any place else they are truly very compassionate veterinarians and staff and we enjoy going there to visit and for all our pet needs

2 stars only because my dog is relatively ok after our experience. Terrible communications, rude/unknowledgable staff depending on which ones you talk to. Took my dog in for a dental exam. Was given antibiotics and an appt for a cleaning with "3-5" possible extractions. Dropped dog off at 830 am and was told dental visits are dome 1st thing in the morning and they would call me at 2 pm with a time to pick him up.I specifically told the intake employee in the parking lot I wanted to be called if there was an changes or unexpected circumstances. 2 pm comes and goes with no call. I call at 230 and leave a message. Received a very vauge call back at 239 saying they are still working on him and they don't know what is still being done or why he is still in with the Vet. Then the Vet calls at 309 saying my dog is just coming out of anesthetic and had FIFTEEN teeth pulled and he can be picked up after 430. Individual who called denied that anyone had ever said it would be 3-5 teeth pulled (I was told this on 2 different days) and said "you signed a consent form" for having teeth pulled Had zero explanation why 1/3 of my dogs teeth were pulled without notifying me 1st. If they had notified me I would have got a second opinion before consenting to having 1/3 of my dogs teeth pulled! After 15 minutes of waiting in the parking lot my dog was finally brought out. The Individual was short, gave poor aftercare instructions (I told you on the phone) I was told...she mentioned wet food when I expressed my concern on what to feed my dog for the rest of his life as he only has 2/3rds of his teeth now. Very upset with their level of service and they couldn't care less.

Rude staff,mediocre vets.Not going back I waited 30 min6for a nail trim. They took dogs that came in after me. They are always rude to me and never own it. It's not the first times it's happened. You know who you are. Go anywhere else.

I am so happy I found such a great vet. The doctors are trustworthy and take their time with my pets and with me to explain everything, I never feel like they are rushing me They are very reasonably priced and don't push unnecessary treatment. I really could not be happier.
