Starlite storage was a great place to pick..we had our storage for five years and they were patient and kind they were understanding very friendly appreciate them a lot thank you very much for allowing us to keep our storage for that long there....I would definitely choose them again .

I have been with this storage for 2yrs and still with them. Ive had a small and a large unit. Never have I had any trouble with the units or people working there. They have always been helpful and friendly.
The prices are reasonable and fair.
This is why I stay with this storage.

Very poor customer service. No one was ever in the office during office hours when I would come in or call, and their personal basketball hoop was hung right above my storage unit. When I moved out no one was in the office due to a family emergency and was later told that they were on vacation, I had paid for the whole month and had left a notice in the office before I left, and was told that I forfeit any refund by doing so. When I asked for any of the documentation, prior lease and move out paperwork I was told it was all thrown away. DO NOT EVER DO BUSSINESS WITH THIS UNIT!!!
UPDATE
As the owner has dredged up an 11 year old review, here is a rebuttal. I have attached the picture of their personal basketball hoop as proof, we had repeatedly found our boxes knocked over in the unit, likely due to a ball hitting the wall.
We did indeed leave a notice, but as stated in the original review, they were never in the office so we left a letter in the drop box. As also stated they were gone for a vacation and never responded to us until sending a bill. The lock was not left on the unit, it left with us to Storage Depot where we moved, I still have that lock to this day. We were never overdue as we did submit notice but they ignored it and kept our deposit.

I think the guy who owns and runs it is super nice & we had an issue w our account but we took care of it and he was forgiving and understanding!He will answer any questions you have!!Storage unit is safe, clean and there's not a ton of traffic in and out.

They are crooked! They find ways to steal from you and they will not give you back your $50 deposit, I guarantee, even if you are a perfect tenant and jumped through all of their hoops, they will give you same incredibly asinine excuse that would never hold up in court, but because it's such a small amount they know you won't be able them to court and the policy ce won't do anything because it's a civil thing. These people are horrible. I quickly noticed how ***** they are as they are looking to charge you for breathing the wrong way when you step outside of your unit. My unit was messy, unswept with huge stains on the floor. So it's funny that they charge a cleaning deposit! They charged one person because the friend's car dropped a little bit of oil. It's one thing to charge someone if you actually clean it up and only charge for cost of materials but to charge $50 for an oil stain on the concrete old driveway? Insanity!They charged another person $50 for throwing a dustpan full of trash into their trash can!!! These people are unfair and they are crooks! Stay away! I've only had my stuff here for 2 weeks. I wish I didn't give them my deposit. So sad that people can run a business like this and get away with taking advantage of the public like this.
