The staff at the Oak Street Rite Aid location are particularly kind, greeting customers at the door and filling prescriptions in a timely manner. Customers appreciate the pay-ahead feature, which makes pickups super easy. During the pandemic, Rite Aid has been super helpful, offering drive-through COVID tests and at-home tests, and even letting customers know when their shipment was coming in when they were out of stock. The manager at one location went out of their way to help a customer find a product and answer questions. Customers are very grateful for the great staff and the helpful service they receive at Rite Aid.
I went in to pick up a few things and the front check out lady had amazing customer service. Two days later I went to refill my perception and they lady the greeted me at the drive through also just had amazing customer service. I appreciated it a lot

Drive thru to pick up Rx is okay, but it can take more than 24 hours after they get the prescription before they fill it, and that's poor service. The store is clean and the cashiers are nice.
