Very nice people. Took really good care of me when the other mechanics didn't. They took me in last minute and went way beyond to help me. Even came in on there day off to get the job done for me. Highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Took my 2015 ford escape here to have a starter replaced, got a call from them stating the car was ready, 2 minutes later they call back with a power steering assist fault and say service is required. Prior to this I drove my vehicle all day Sunday, went to start it Monday to just a click (which was the starter) then after this shop gets my car started suddenly I have a much larger problemFurthermore; my grand parents brought their car in for a power issue, pro auto said it was a alternator issue and replaced the alternator and return the car, the next day they take their car to Albany and it is trying to die and sputter when they come to a stop. So they had to return the car back to pro auto for further work.This does not seem like a fluke thing that both our vehicles that we took to pro auto suddenly has more issues then what the car came in for. I’m very suspicious that pro auto is purposely messing cars up to try to create more problems for them to rake in more money on jobs and customers who don’t know any better!Do NOT take your car to Pro auto unless you want to be replacing more parts then your car originally went in for.Update: After towing the car to a different shop and having it diagnosed from them it was discovered it was a blown 80 amp fuse and the repair costs significantly less then originally thought. Pro auto said they checked all the fuses and they were all okay but apparently NOT! As this other shop found and fixed the issue. Pro auto would have replaced the wrong part and charged me over 1800 and not even had fixed the issue!DON’T take your vehicles to pro auto!Service: Electrical repair

I went to pro auto because I’ve heard they have done good work, I got a quote for $360 to put wheel bearings on. Something very easy to do I just didn’t have the tools to do so. They call me and tell me my trucks ready to be picked up, so I leave work and go pick it up I drive 3 miles down the road and hear this awful grinding and squealing sound so I slam on my breaks and hear a snap and my breaks went all the way to the floor. I called pro auto back and said hey you guys didn’t do something right, they did the right thing by coming out immediately to check it out, when they arrived they instantly said they didn’t do it and got in there car and left. While I’m sitting on the road with my dad. Awaiting a tow truck that we had to pay for out of are own pocket because they won’t own up to a mistake they made which could of costed me my life or someone else’s I had no control of the steering wheel at that moment or breaks, if I was on the highway somebody could of been killed. They have yet to contact me to try to make it right. One bolt makes a big difference.Edit: I just got my truck back from the shop, Costed another $650 dollars, that’s out of my dads pocket because I’m a 17 year old making 15 a hour so I couldn’t justify paying all that. When the wheel bearing broke I figured out my break system is screwed up because of this incident.I will say this again I do not recommend pro auto for any of there service. Not even a stereo?.

I had an awesome experience at Pro Auto. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Took the extra time to make sure all the repairs were done that were needed. Got me in Tuesday morning, and I picked my car up around 4pm that same day. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family.
