“I went into Verizon to deal with getting a new phone after the old one had been stolen. After an unpleasant interaction at a different location I went to Lebanon. I was helped by Carley A, and it was the best experience I’ve had with Verizon since starting our plan. She was so nice and offered help with everything I needed and was able to get everything set up in what felt like a ridiculously short amount of time. If there was an option to tip her for her service I would’ve. Carley deserves a raise and I will return to her for service every time.”
