Im shocked this place has such a good rating. They overcharge tremendously. Expect 150 just to get your car looked at and then another 200 an hour for labor. Cost me 600 just to get spark plugs changed. Would not recommend.

My husband’s father passed away a little over a year ago and he inherited his 1995 Ford F150 truck. We took it into Miller’s and they gave us an estimate of $4000 worth of work. It is a nice truck, and we didn’t think it needed as much work as it did. Regardless, we had them do it thinking we would get it all taken care of and not have to worry about it not running properly. It ran fine, we just wanted to make sure it was kept up for longevity as well. After the first time we dropped it off, we got it back and it was leaking oil still. Took it back in, and they said it was fixed again for the second time. Brought it home, and it started leaking transmission fluid which was not even an issue before they replaced most of the parts under the hood. We took it back in for a third time, they charged us an additional $470, which we paid trying to be understanding that maybe it was a situation where you don’t know it’s going to fail until it does. We got it back again, third time, and it had a smaller drip of oil periodically again. We have only driven it once in the last two weeks that have had it back (the one time being yesterday to go pick something up, and we checked the oil before driving it) and we were already going to seek out another professional with the oil issue, but we came home after being gone for the day today the entire board of plywood we had underneath the truck was soaking wet with transmission fluid. We will not ever come back to this establishment. They have basically had our truck most of the summer so far, and we have paid just shy of $4500 total to get our truck back each time with the same issues, and issues that were worse than they were previously. We are beyond disheartened that we now cannot trust them to fix the issues, and we will now have to pay even more to have someone else fix them.

My son took his car in they charged him $145 for a diagnostic his car was not diagnosed and they cleaned battery cables and charged battery cus it went dead over night while parked there. They never got the code to come back on after battery died and only test drove it 7 miles so it didn't come back on. Won't refer my kids to them again that's ridiculous. Still don't know what's wrong with it another shop is looking at it ATM and the check engine light is back on but in order for him to take it back to Millers they will charge him same price as last time. Not Happening!!!! Took it elsewhere!

I had my Honda Civic sitting in a storage locker in Albany for 3 years since the pandemic started. I was going to school at OSU but had to go back home to Wisconsin due to family reasons. Anyways, they got my car road ready and I drove it the 30 hours back to Wisconsin without any issues. I highly recommend Miller's! They are honest and have integrity. They didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. This is a great family owned auto repair service. Thanks Miller's!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

We have been appreciating the work they do to get our vehicles fixed for us. They are great employees there that have lots of experience and knowledge of the vehicles they work on. Great customer service to let us know what is the problem and what would we like to do on it getting fixed. Just like the whole atmosphere there that makes you trust them on the vehicle getting it fixed right.Service: Engine repair
