HORRIBLE management with NO regards for customer appreciation! I scheduled to have my car picked up from my house and towed to the dealership for an 8am appointment the next morning. Lebanon Towing took my car and held on to it for over 24 hours. They didn't show up to the dealership until NOON THE NEXT DAY! When I picked up my cat, the entire sunroof was missing! The dealership has pictures of my car coming off the truck without a sunroof and the towing company still had the nerve to lie about it and tell me that his co worker even followed him to the dealership and their insurance wont pay. On top of them always ignoring my calls or not returning calls and giving me the run around, I just ended up ordering the part myself from an out of area wrecking yard and then have it installed totaling over $500!!! Legally, is NOT OK! Instead of outright lying to your customers faces and making them jump through hoops and come out of pocket for something you did because you have no balls, just own it that you messed up and take care of your customers!

This man is rude as hell and a thief. He's not of any help . I understand i called later at night, but you guys are open 24hours to deal with customers. I work graveyard 6 days a week, and sleep during the day. I called during my lunch, literally the only time i had. just to get yelled at and told my car is his, and to not call back. What a piece of shit!!
