I had a wonderful experience here recently! My GS developed swelling on one side of her face all of a sudden and I had called my vets office to see if I could get her in & they told me they could make me an appointment for the following week or bring her in to urgent care but the price would be higher. They didn't bother to tell me that urgent care was only from 9am to 2pm and they were closed until the following Sunday & I had called them on Wednesday. I called Lebanon Animal Hospital & they had me bring her in first thing the next morning. I was able to leave her there while they observed her after the vet examination & giving her medication to make sure she didn't have any bad reactions & her swelling was down. The vet tech Morgan is absolutely wonderful & did a fabulous job communicating with me through the day. The vet Sarah V. is absolutely amazing! She truly cares about your animals well being & does a wonderful job explaining the follow up procedures. AND they didn't charge me an arm & a leg or try to sell me anything unnecessarily! I will be switching ALL of my animals care over to Lebanon Animal Hospital!!

i want to thank the amazing team at the lebanon animal hospital for taking care of my sweet girl throughout her cancer journey. dr willis and the team were gentle and kind as my angel crossed the rainbow bridge and i’m very grateful.

Dr. Mary was very helpful and didn't try to sell me extra tests or medications, only what my dog needed. She's also very calm and friendly. Doggo gets very anxious and she was as gentle as possible to help him relax.

I love bringing my dogs here! Every staff member is so kind and compassionate to my animals, and answer all of my questions.. They even work with me on making sure my large breed rescue dog sees a female veterinarian every time he comes in. (he has had bad experiences with men). They have a customer for life!

From one veterinary professional to another, my hat is off to your amazing team. My friends were traveling and needed help quickly.The front desk member that answered my call was very friendly and kind enough to ask if my friends could get help there which I know isn’t easy on a Saturday with possibly minimal space on the schedule and staff. My friends reported an excellent visit and that their kiddo was so comfortable being there. Great job and thank you!

I have been taking my animals here for over 4 years and have never had a bad experience. They have always been there for us in an emergency with both house animals and farm animals

I went into today with a homeless veterans cat. I told them that he would pick the cat up and pay for the bill himself. I was rudely told that I could not leave until an estimate was given and half would have to be paid up front. I have been using Lebanon Animal Hospital for 10 years for my pets. I explained to them that my husband had just had surgery and I would come right back after I dropped him off at home to take care of the deposit. Again I was told rudely that I could not leave. I have never been treated so badly. I will never go back and I will take my pets somewhere else. Shame on them
