Owners allow people to live inside the units. Not safe or sanitary. Multiple people have been living in their units for a while now and nothing has been done.

I’ve been renting a storage unit from J&J Mini Storage for several months. The property was recently purchased by a new owner, and the new management is great. They are super responsive to my emails, and have made some improvements to the place.
