You can trust the doctors and each and every one of their staff! I will never go anywhere else! Last December we had to have our 12 year old Pit put down, one of the hardest days of our lives. We were so amazed at the level of compassion and care that our Bella received!!! I wish I could give them 10 stars, they deserve it!!!

Rescued a dog & this was where animal control sent me to get him neutered. Cute little office tucked in behind a mess. Handicap accessible, plenty of off street parking, doggie rest stop outside. Inside is clean, greeted pretty quickly and smiles all around! I loved it, felt comfortable leaving my new dog. The vet was very thorough, communicated everything & answered all my questions politely. Some were probably silly but I'm still getting to know the dog & vice versa. This clinic would be highly recommended but I overheard "no new clients, at the moment". (10/14/24 current date).

The vets have always been very kind and the staff are always wonderful. But recently my dog got very sick and they worked so hard to make him better while also offering me so much comfort. They made a frighting and stressful situation so much more manageable.

Amazing staff they are so helpful and kind and go above and beyond to make sure my fur baby is getting better . amazing communication and fantastic customer service . I have taken many of my fur babies here over the years and will continue and will 100 percent refure my friends and family

This place used to be an awesome option for pet care. However it seems over the last few months things are going downhill in that aspect. I’ve taken my dog there 3 times in the last month and a half for ear irritation. This morning when bringing him back for the same thing, they notified us that they did not give us proper after care instructions at the last visit, so it came right back. This vet bill was a whopping $200… for something that only happened because they failed to give proper after care instructions. Needless to say, we will be finding better care outside of Lebanon because this was the last vet in town that was decent.

I've been taking my current dogs here since they were pups. Out of all the animal clinics I've been to over the years, this one is in my top 3. Professional, caring, attentive, and affordable. They listen to your concerns, and they treat the animals like their own. It's comforting knowing your furry family is treated like family and provided the best treatment options available.

Faithful Friends turned out to be not so Faithful or Friendly. First our Marley of 12 1/2 months dies and I had to endure poor customer service when their patient of the same length of time died and they messed that up.
Tonight our 1 year old puppy got hit by a car and they sent us 30 minutes up the road because they closed in 30 minutes. We are changing Vets after we find out how perfect Stranger's take care of THEIR patient.

I've taken my pets here since I was a kid. They have always gone above and beyond to help my pets. I've had many cats spayed and neutered, had one major life-saving surgery, and some sick pets. The vets were very helpful each time. The vet techs and other staff are so friendly. If my pets have an immediate need, they do their best to get us in. I used a different vet a couple of times when I moved to a different town. I'd MUCH rather drive out of town to Faithful Friends due to the wonderful treatment. They also have very reasonable prices.
