“Added a protection plan of... $50.00 without my authorization. I DO NOT have the money to pay the extra $50, nor can the account holder on the same line. We can only do the base payments.
Very sneaky and makes someone mad because that's not why we sign up with phone companies! They better take it down to the base payments like they said they would once I made adjustments! ? I just had fraud on my account! I paid my normal $100 and my mom isn't even getting hours each week at work, so they had to pay $200 one month, and $150 the next when they are putting food on their credit card!!! They, and myself, should be paying $100 each. That's it. My two years of normal plan went up and they just put me on a premium plan without my approval!
Update: Thank goodness the assistant manager is a ROCKSTAR and fixed the payment amount for us to be an extra $5 cheaper than what we were scammed out of. My plan is now reverted back to my original one. Thank you for all your assistance!”

“Great pharmacy. People need to keep in mind they are not the only person that is getting helped, employees can't just snap their fingers to fix problems that are not caused by them. They are extremely busy and work their butts off trying to keep everyone happy, being a jerk isn't going to make things go faster or help in any way. Put yourself in their shoes, show some respect and be polite. That should be common sense...”
