Horrible!!!!!!! There is absolutely no convenience. They no longer have ATMs. I haven’t met an employee yet that knows what they’re doing!!!!!! I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and for what? Nothing!!!!!! If you have any other choice of bank please do not choose citizens.

Absolutely blown away by the stellar customer service at the Lebanon branch. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! I've had my business account here for almost 4 years for good reason.
