It is one thing to get good Customer Service, quite another to get shockingly amazing Customer Service!! Let me explain. We were passing thru Lakeview, OR. Got a screw in a tire on a Sunday afternoon. Took the tire to Les Schwab in Lakeview Monday morning. As I walked towards the showroom, a CSR/tire tech walked out to greet me, asked what I needed (tire repair), unloaded the tire and said they would get right on it. 45 min later, the tire was fixed and mounted. I went in the office to pay. How much did they charge you ask? Nothing!! Couldn't believe it!! Just stood there with my mouth open. So we went to a local bakery and bought the team doughnuts and drinks. The whole LS team turned out to thank us and say good bye. Unbelieveable!! I live in the Reno area, this shop in Lakeview had earned Les Schwab my business for life!!

So grateful. Les Schwabs feels like the business model everyone should follow. We were on the last leg of our family vacation and woke up to a leaky tire with six hours of driving to go. Pulled in to be greeted by staff in the lot, checked in, sat with popcorn and TV while they pulled a screw out, patched and filled the tire, at no charge. Made a very stressful moment feel like a gift of humanity. Thank you.

I took my truck into Les Schwabs this morning to get the brakes done. There were a couple of little boys there prob 5 and 9. The 5 year old had a flat tire on his bike and wanted Aired Up. So one of the Les Schwab guys tries to air up his tire and says the valve stem is broken.Told the kid they couldn’t help him. Kid looks at me and says “Is there a bike doctor in town?” I said “no but there is an Ace hardware next door.”So I went over to Ace and bought him a new tube. The Great Guys at Les Schwab did the rest and sent him on his way.Best $7.99 I ever spent… It’s the litttle things that matter because to someone else they are big things!

We drove 120 miles with a terrible screech and when we pulled up an employee named hunter heard us pull in and came to our car without us even asking anyone and within 20 minutes he had found a rock stuck in the rotor and got it out for free we really appreciated that because we were on our way to California and running late, he honestly needs a raise he was professional, polite, and fun to talk to and explained every bit of the situation
