I recently stayed at this motel and had a wonderful experience. The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable, offering great value for the quality of service provided. Highly recommend for a pleasant and affordable stay!

My stay was easy and pleasant. I planned for a delivery to the Inn via a major U.S. delivery service. My delivery was delayed and did not arrive on time. My delivery arrived well after my stay at the inn. The owner/manager was extremely gracious and helpful. They offered help and worked with me to coordinate return of my package. I’d recommend you stay at this place based solely on their kindness and hospitality. No joke, Jack!

The gal in the office was awesome! So friendly, helpful, and prompt. We didn't need for anything. She was always right there when needed. 5 ? for customer service. ❤️ And thank you! ?

A surprisingly good hotel in Lakeview Oregon. Front desk man was polite yet a bit hard to understand his accent. Despite the language barrier he was happy to come to an agreement with me and we were both pleased with the transaction.Rooms are spacious but a bit outdated.Some rooms even have a kitchenette.I'd highly recommend this hotel based solely on the proprietors willingness to accommodate my specific situation.

We tried to check in at 4pm for two rooms for 8 people. They charged us 254 at first and then after we got the keys they changed their words and says that’s only for one room and asked for another payment for another room. We felt that we were ripped off because the one room is only about 90 to 130 on the website. We decided not to stay there. Not recommended.Correction: It was 4am, not 4pm.

Not a lot of options in this area but this is one of the best. Good and very friendly service. Room was very clean though the carpeting and decor are a bit of a flashback. Location is a prime starting point for a good number of outdoor activities. Would book again if I needed to stay I'm the area.

We paid more for this room than other options in Lakeview as the ratings were better. What a mistake. Everything was okay until we needed ice. The website clearly states that they have an ice machine yet when we called the office, they stated this did not have one, I asked why since they advertised they do. Both the husband and wife were both yelling at me on the phone telling us to leave at 10:00. We will never go back and recommend that nobody else does.
