I love this gas station.. EVERYONE is always so kind and FRIENDLY. Restrooms are always clean. I travel from Las Vegas to Lakeview.. This is my FAVORITE STOP!!

Card reader outside did not work so we had to pre-pay inside. Went back out to pump gas and pump said “insert card” of course we went back inside to let them know and the cashier got attitude with us. Tried to say we paid for someone else’s gas and we were just “tired” from driving. The gas’s attendant was very helpful and was trying to buffer her attitude. She tried to tell my bf to move out of the way because now she had a line while trying figure out what happened. At one point, she said it voided out the transaction. A couple of tweakers in the store were starting to feed off her unprofessional attitude. Finally the manager arrived and she was calm and professional and we were able to pump our gas. Hopefully we were only charged once…the lady behind the counter shouldn’t be working retail or dealing with customers in potentially stressful situations. Yikes….

Told me they had no water for me to fill my water bottle after working all day in desert. Not acceptable.Especially as I have been filling up w gas here for 13 years.

Rude servicemen, didn’t bother to fill up. Travelled a half mile and filled up at the Shell Station.
