Zari was awesome to work with. My wife and I went from wondering whether we could even afford a home to putting a down payment on an excellent place, under budget, in the space of just a few weeks. Zari gave us detailed & frank information, connected us with a great realtor, and was communicative every step of the way. She was recommended to us by my coworkers and now that we've had the pleasure of working with her I plan to pass on the recommendation in turn.

Zari is a gem. My real estate broker recommended her and I couldn't be happier with having her on my team while buying a house. She is extremely thorough at covering all the bases with you so you know what to expect when taking out a mortgage. I very much appreciated how communicative and responsive she was throughout the whole process. She also has a great sense of humor, is personable and easy to get along with it. Buying a home as a self-employed person is not an easy road -- at least that's what most lenders would like you to believe -- and then there's Zari. Trust me don't waste your time and sanity with other mortgage advisors. Zari is incredibly knowledgeable, not easily daunted and brilliantly honest. She's been an educator, a coach, and advocate and calming force through many offers and at long last a purchase. I could write a novel about the many ways she's gone above and beyond to help make a long-standing dream, reality. But since you don't have time to read that, just know this -- Zari is nothing short of spectacular and you should stop reading reviews right now and get in touch with her. You won't regret it.

Zari is professional, honest, and patient. She was able to expedite the closing process on a property and get it closed by the deadline. She provided honest feedback when I considered switching lenders and was always very accommodating and helpful with any questions or concerns. She will work days, nights, and weekends for you and is always a call, text, or email away. Very impressed with Zari's overall dedication to clients and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to potential buyers.

I couldn’t give a higher recommendation for Zari! Throughout the whole process she was a great communicator, attentive, flexible, personable, and only had my best interests in mind. She was willing to accommodate my off hours work schedule (I work night shift) and more then happy to explain things multiple times to make sure I fully understood where we were at in the process and what my options were. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn’t change a thing.

Though this wasn’t the first home I’d bought, until I worked with Zari I had never met someone who was so dedicated to helping me succeed, who was so thoroughly involved in every aspect of the process, and who was such an absolute joy to work with. She has an incredible wealth of knowledge and wisdom, and she was perpetually thinking several steps ahead of me. Even though it took a number of tries in this difficult market to finally land an amazing home, she was tirelessly by my side providing support, helping to figure out how to adjust loan details to make offers as competitive as possible, lending her insight, and connecting with sellers to help give my offers the best chance. And then when we needed to find a way to close eleven days early, somehow—incredibly—she pulled it off! My mind is blown.
