I don't leave reviews but I feel like I have to for this unbelievably mismanaged company. I don't blame the store or the staff as they likely have no control over their resources or system but I have NEVER in the dozen or so times I have come here have ONCE had my prescription ready when I come. I have been told to come back every single time several hours later. I then come back because I need my medication and you can guess it, I still isn't ready so I usually wait 45 minutes or so onsite as they reluctantly fill my prescription because I am standing there or sitting nearby mean mugging the staff until they fill. Mind you I also have to wait on average 30 or so minutes in either a drive thru or the in store line. I just also tried to opt for their home delivery this time and I am met with 'unexpected error'. Also they are regularly out of stock of the most common meds on the planet and take several days to restock. Like...how bad can you be at the one thing you would THINK they'd have gotten down by now. Holy hell batman! Just give up already. Finishing up this review on my second visit today waiting for my prescription at minute 25-

Rude. Inept. Uncaring. Inefficient. Inaccurate. Late. Hostile pharmacy staff, mistakes in billing, prescriptions that are not ready as promised on your phone prompts, mix-ups galore, being told off when you ask for help, being hung up on multiple times when calling to request they correct their own errors, pharmacists not being on staff during posted hours. Just so much...I've had enough and transferred my family's and my prescriptions elsewhere. Update: Costco Pharmacy Wilsonville and Community Compounding have been doing a great job since I transferred.

Zero stars. Absolutely horrendous service. Boyfriend has come in for medications and it is never available, never ready and no one is ever at the window. We waste a lot of time waiting for prescriptions and it takes a week to get them to finally fill it. Delivery online doesn't work right, it is not worth it to get your medication filled here. Use Amazon. It takes a day instead of a week.

This pharmacy is the world's absolute worst. They are never open. Rude. "Meal break ". In this day and age I cannot believe a corporation would allow there store to be like this. I have heard them rudely embarrass someone for not being able to afford there prescription.

Photo machine was broken and the pharmacy was drive-thru only with at least a 45 minute wait. Also, the lunch hours posted online don’t match their actual break schedule. I’ve been a Walgreens customer for a long time, but they’re so understaffed that it’s not worth trying to make it work anymore.

This pharmacy used be convenient and well staffed. Now the staff is harried and the shelves are poorly stocked. Prescription drop offs used to take 30 minutes, now you are lucky to get next day service. They have directed me to go to a different Walgreens to fill my prescriptions. The eye drops I use are frequently not on the shelf, etc, etc, etc. they must be treating the pharmacy staff poorly as no one seems to stay longer than a few months. This sounds like an upper management problem. Asking the pharmacy staff to do more work in the same mount of time will result in burnout, so no one wants to stick around. It was more convenient when I could vaccinations at my primary care doctor’s office. Now I have to get them at the pharmacy, where the pharmacist doesn’t have enough time, so you have to scheduled out several weeks.

The pharmacy technician was incredibly rude, and this is after scheduling a vaccination that they couldn't provide due to staffing problems. I'm done with this Walgreens.

This store sucks. They close early all the time. The pharmacy is randomly open and closed with the highest turnover rate I’ve ever seen. Everyone’s miserable except the beautiful tall lady in cosmetics. Seriously, re- org this store

Two stars in the spirit of generosity. This pharmacy always has a long wait to get medications (despite only having a few customers in the pharmacy) and nobody here seems to care. It’s like coming to the DMV. When I have a sick child in tow and they tell me 15-20 minutes for the amoxicillin but then 30 minutes later they tell me another 15-30 minutes, it’s just disrespectful. They are never particularly busy on my visits, yet they can never seem to manage sticking to their own timelines. I’ll go anywhere but here next time regardless of the convenient location. Somehow any other pharmacy can fill a basic prescription in a reasonable time but that’s too much of an ask for this suburban location.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I made an appointment for a Covid/flu test through the online appointment link. Got there and after waiting in line for 20 mins they proceeded to tell me they couldn’t find me and they would get a manager to see if they could do the testing but that he was in training so no guarantees. Such a waste of time . After waiting another 30 mins on a manager I left.

I was visiting Portland over the last three days from the Bay Area. I realized I had forgotten to pack my prescription drugs so I visited this pharmacy Tuesday morning to see whether I could obtain three days worth of my drugs to tide me over through my visit. The pharmacist whose name I believe was Troy could not have been more helpful. He contacted the doctors and my drug insurance plan and obtained a supply of all the drugs I needed within about three hours. I am forever in his debt! And the other multiple staff I interacted with in the pharmacy and checkout desk were also very polite and friendly. Kudos to the staff for their superior customer service!

The Worst Pharmacy Ever in this area!! Grumpy pharmacists. Very under-staffed. Long waiting lines to pick up or order medicines. They rarely answer phones. They leave you waiting on hold for 2 hours + and then hang up on you. They take days to fill your prescription, and don't even get me started when it comes to transferring your medication to another pharmacy. Stay away from this location.

What is going on??? I loved this pharmacy but lately they are always closed, taking weeks to fill a simple prescription? it's very frustrating! I am switching pharmacies because this is just awful.
