Walk in pharmacy closed. Drive thru line to get my prescription took an hour. AN HOUR. Regularly takes 25 mins waiting for my prescription even with a short line.

This location seems to be having major staffing and supply issues. Constant delays, pharmacy hours vary wildly and medications are always delayed. I’d recommend not filling prescriptions here until they get themselves sorted out. Staff here has always been super friendly but lately it hasn’t been worth the trouble.

The people working there seem perfectly fine and nice. The short hours do not work well for me. I can't get there in time to get prescriptions after work. It seems like the hours can change a little unpredictably.

Worst customer service in the pharmacy. They never answer the phone waited for 3 hours on the phone then drove there still on hold and they weren't even busy this Walgreens is so ridiculous do not go here

There is always, ALWAYS an issue with all prescriptions at this pharmacy. Your prescription is more often than not delayed for some reason. Poor service, slow service, unreasonable service, unknowledgeable service, crappy service. Don't have prescriptions filled here. Minus ten stars.

The absolute worst in customer service. The status of your prescription changes every hour. Then after a couple of days, you're told that they're "running behind ". A few more days with zero updates, I call the pharmacy. It was the pharmacist that actually answered the phone, not a tech. She has NO customer service skills! Rude and condescending at best. I wouldn't bother using this pharmacy.

Very disappointed with the boones ferry location. They are supposed to be open until 8pm per their schedule but close at 7!

First... I don't know what is different about this Walgreens pharmacy vs others... but the people in the pharmacy... they just have this look like the soul is draining from them right before your eyes! They don't have a care in the world, and half of them look scared to be there, like it's ruining their life. This explains why the service is so bad sometimes. Now, that doesn't mean everyone there sucks... on the contrary... I've had people help me all over the store and are SUPER attentive to customers. But there're just one here, one there... they don't care. They have their head buried in their phone so they can escape from that hell they're in day in and day out. The front door doesn't work, isn't fixed after break in. Published hours are just a guide, and no one is trying to meet the committed hours they're open in the Pharmacy. They don't even come BACK until AFTER the lunch break is OVER for 5-10 minutes! And when they're "short staffed", they tell people "sorry, SOL... go thru drive thru or you get no service". This is with older people who can barely stand up! And they already make them stand in line to wait for a 10 min delay in opening. I hear people in line complain "they're transferring prescriptions to other Walgreens because they just can't handle it..." or "it's like this all the time... just this one". I consider this more of a management issue more than anything else. That said... in the pharmacy, and at the front register, there are some of the nicest people working there! I feel so bad for them when I see them.

I would give negative starts if I could. The pharmacy staff was completely rude. I was looking for a medication that was out of stock at my regular pharmacy. I called, waited on hold for 20+ minutes and the pharmacist hung up on me when she finally answered the call. I called back, she picked up, put me back on hold without even speaking to me. The call would ring back to pharmacy every few minutes. Someone would pick up the line and put me on hold again without saying a word. I'll go to any other pharmacy before going to this Walgreens.

This place is horrible. There is one pharmacist who has gone above and beyond. She is amazing. But the rest of our experiences have been frustrating, sometimes unprofessional. I am switching after putting up with this for 4 years.

This pharmacy is extremely slow at filling prescriptions. I usually have to wait at least an entire day or two for them to get it done, and the drive through line is always backed up.
