Andy and Vantage are Boss! My wife thought I was crazy switching lenders and going with a new broker less than 30 days to close. Andy was patient, ran so many scenarios, beat our previous lender rates by a good margin (in this rate environment, that's huge) and got us cleared to close with two weeks to spare! That was even with me taking a 9 day trip overseas and being hard to reach and needing extra time responding to his team's closing checklist requests. Best of all is we locked and he hooked it up with a free float down and it even flipped from points to credits with a significant interest rate reduction days before underwriting complete. Andy even proactively let us know he was out on leave for a few days and his team stepped in flawlessly. The house took six months to build in a time of extreme rate volatility. First time homebuyer... It's not that hard (thanks Andy!). We're now clear to close, with underwriting done ahead of Thanksgiving and move in the weekend after! My bank of 15 years didn't even take Andy and the Vantage offer upstairs as they said there was no way they could beat it. Highly recommend!

As first time home buyers we weren't super knowledgeable about the process and all the moving parts. Team Andy at Vantage made it easy for us to understand each step. They were always available to answer any questions we had, and never made us feel like there were silly questions. Their communication and portal system made it incredibly easy to know what was needed and what needed to be signed. Andy did great work for us to get a competitive rate, too.
