Keeps sending me a bill with a $20 late fee. Lolol. I moved out of the storage two days before and turned in the clicker key thing to the male employee. I asked if i needed to sign anything and he said nope and took the clicker. Sounded strange but didn't have time to discuss it. I figured if he worked there then he knows the policy. Apparently not. We will go to small claims court when I counter sue if they try to put this on my credit report.

Our family moved because the housing costs we were living in during COVID19 were raised by the real Estate owner and company At the time of the COVID-19 economic crisis. uptown at lake OswegoApt. I rented u-haul and appliance dolly to move the large items ourselves in case the hired help didn’t show up for those two items. U haul charged me for appliance dolly but did not provide it. I called to make a complaint and The customer service person stated that she would be documenting that I don’t have enough time for my move. This documentation is not true and would or could cause legal issues for my daughter and I. I made time for days for the move , working , driving the U-Haul ,packing preparing and working and spent time working for the income to pay for the move and wanted the dolly In case the labor help did not show up so we could also do the labor work of the large solid oak entertainment center and loveseat. It is u- hauls job to prepare the items I worked and paid for and make them available before I leave the u haul store. The u-haul recommended movers I initially called made appointment to discuss the job but neglected to contact me at the scheduled time. I reached out to him and he stated something came up. Julz transport is their name. Julz Transport gave me the impression he is not reliable so I contacted u haul they set it up with Jason and Jason however the day before the move I called to confirm and he stated he did not want to work or have his people work. I called u haul and was set up with another company that I did not know if they would show up which is why the appliance dolly was critical in our move but u haul did not provide it even though I asked for it and paid for it from work I did.They told me the truck and everything I requested was ready to go but the appliance was not provided. U haul did not provide us with a clean truck or the proper fuel amountThey did not replace the seal on the utility dolly before they told us the truck was ready . We did not use the utility dolly nor did we break the seal to use the utility dolly. We spent more on fuel due to the lack of fuel in the truck that u-haul did not tell the truth about.
