“I can’t say enough. This is my second time using uhaul on Fir St. I am not the greatest with apps, got my truck scheduled on the holiday no less which Brian did for me over the phone. He said to follow the prompts on line and I ended up ordering a second truck. Brian took care of everything, canceled the second order and when I called to let him know about my good, he had already taken care of it. I am so thankful to him, his professionalism, his courtesy, he actually has customer appreciation and service! There’s not much of that around anymore. Hopefully they treat him well and move him up! He is a keeper! And Fir St. yard and garden Uhaul is the best uhaul rental store to go to! Thank you Brian! You are so appreciated!”

Service at both pick up and drop off was friendly, professional, and efficient.The pick up location along the mural blocks near OMSI/Water Ave was very convenient for downtown access and the actual office was very clean and clearly well maintained. *Yes, it is an area with frequent transient activity/ encampments so I wouldn’t leave your personal vehicle there, but using basic awareness and social-respect measures it’s not a major issue or reason to shy from this great location.”

“Amazing service! Open late! If you ever need to move a modest space or rent a flatbed for small-scale towing, I highly, higly recommend renting from these folks. Family-run and it really shows. Every one of the staff who helped us over the 5 days we rented our truck were friendly and accomodating. We only meant to rent it for one day, but they were happy to work with us on extending our rental and adding miles to our usage. “My first time using the mobile self check out. Kind of awkward, but I think I can get used to it. Be sure to follow directions carefully and bring all you need when you pick it up, like 2nd ID, etc. Had a hickup or two, but U-haul had someone available via phone to help out. Went relatively fast and I'd do it again. Just be prepared your first time.”
