I'm sorry to do this, I've been coming here for about 4 years. I like to support local small businesses. Recently I had several cashmere sweaters cleaned here. I picked up all the sweaters and when I got home I realized one was missing. I returned to tell him I'm missing one of my sweaters and he told me I already picked it up. Nope, I did not. Now, a couple of months later I went to retrieve a wool sweater cardigan, when I arrive he tells me I already picked it up. Nope, I did not. I left with my claim receipt and will not be back.

Hearing this place was so good I took my mother’s cherished silk pillow to be dry cleaned. I made the assumption that if they didn’t know how to clean it they would let me know. Unfortunately for me they put a delicate silk pillow through a washing machine! Now it is not only ruined but the machine washing ripped one side open. They did a scary job of sewing the rip. If they had just told me they didn’t know how to clean it I would still have my treasure intact.

Always drove by and saw this place but never tried until now. My favorite winter wool coat needed a little tender loving care so decided to try this place. My coat looks pristine and brand new again thanks to Tik Tok Cleaners! So glad I found this neighborhood gem, they have the friendliest customer service too.

I just love tick-tock cleaners. The people who run that business are so conscientious and kind and ready and able to help get pants hand for a dance the same Night of the Prom. They have always done a very good job and make sure I was satisfied. Furthermore if I leave car keys or in a pocket or if I leave a piece of jewelry Pinned to a blouse, they call me to return it. They are still the best after 15 years‼
