Our dog loves Scooby Shack. He is excited when we take him here, and when he comes home, it is obvious he has played all day long and enjoyed his day. Staff are super friendly and nice.

Very impressed with this daycare and boarding facility . Very clean and communication is topnotch. They Have staff with the pups at all times -24 hrs. Experienced staff watching and they understand animal behavior. As I’m Watching pups come and go-The pups are so happy waggin their tails , hopping on their feet -such a sight to see. That tells me they had a good time. What great way to socialize a pup in a pack environment. ? They even have a cat condo. Super Clean and have wall climbing area for them. I got to see a cat scratching on a post didn’t even seem scared. Relaxed and strutting his stuff across the room.?

My dog was sooo happy there! Loved the whole time and came home happy and tired from playing and enjoying his new "friends!" We'll be back!! ❤️

i will never be taking my dog here again, the employees were wonderful but the owner is a different story, when i walked in she in the middle of scolding an employee loudly in front of multiple customers, when it was finally my turn to check my baby in the owner was standing over the front desk employee like a hawk for no reason. she does not promote cleanliness amongst her crew as when she walked away i could feel the air freshen up, i turned to another guest and asked if that terrible smell was the owner and they said yes and that its a normal occurance, needless to say i dont like how this place is ran and do not recomend it.

This was once a respectable business with lovely staff. Ever since they got a new owner named sharla everything has gone down hill, poor staff treatment, poor personal hygiene coming from sharla herself, zero professionalism when talking to other staff and employees. Has stolen from her employees paychecks as well. I talked to sharla once and she told me she steals the dog meds to get the best high of her life. She told me she once even put a cat in the dog room for a bit of personal wwe entertainment.

Really nice environment, but he staff is very friendly and my dog Sadie loves to go! The groomer does a good job of listening and taking care of her too!

I'm so excited, Scooby Shack has a new groomer (Hannah), and she is fantastic. I have a Yorkshire Terrier and a Bernese Mountain Dog and I've been through more than my fair share of not so good grooming experiences. Leah really listened to me and did exactly what I asked her to. My dogs look great, and you can tell she really enjoys grooming dogs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!

I had been taking my two French Bulldogs to a daycare because they loved going for their weekly baths (and to visit) with Hannah. When I found out Hannah was leaving, we gladly followed her to Scooby Shack. Scooby Shack has been such a positive and pleasant weekly visit for my pups. They have fun playing at daycare and then get to spend time with Hannah! I highly recommend them!

It's evident that all of the staff are very knowledgable about dogs and love what they do. I feel great about the care and supervision my dog receives and he is always happy and excited to see his friends when he arrives for daycare!

In regards to allie’s review I’d like to add that unfortunately when dogs are matted so severely they have to be shaved short. This is the most humane way. The groomer has done a great job, and has done the most affective and humane option.Unfortunately brushing out matts can cause severe brush burn and make the dog uncomfortable, in which they already are with such matting. Hopefully people will take this as an insight to brush and comb your dog daily with the correct tools.Might I add that bashing a groomer based on your lack of improper grooming at home is not okay.This is a great groom and the groomer has done the most safest and kindest option.The only thing careless and inconsiderate is owners choosing vanity over comfortability.I’m sure he is feeling much better without that heavy matted coat! His skin can breathe finally!!!

I’ve posted before and after pictures of our mini Aussiepoo. As you can see, he had a full head of cute, curly hair that the groomer at Scooby Shack has managed to shave off haphazardly twice. When we picked him up this time, we were in tears; she’d cut his whiskers off, shaved his entire body and only left his ears and tail alone. She said it was because we didn’t brush him enough, but we brushed him every day. I am so disappointed and upset by this groomer. How can you work with animals and do this to them? Do not take your dog to this woman, she clearly doesn’t care about the work she is doing or how her customers feel.

Man, I LOVE this place! They’re friendly, accommodating, offer excellent communication, and take great care of my pup. When I’ve taken my dog other places for a bath she has to be dragged into the back. When I bring her to Scooby Shack, she’s the one doing the dragging! Thanks for taking care of my beautiful girl!

So much as mention the word Scooby and her ears perk, head tilts, butt wiggles and tail wags. As soon as I pose the real question "do you want to go see your friends at Scooby's?" That is when Tallulah goes bezerk. Tapping her toes, spinning jumping and howling with excitement. I cannot say enough good things about the Scooby Shack and the amazing people that run it. We utilize their outdoor daycare facilities and an occasional nail clipping. The staff is caring, friendly and professional. I am sure like other pet owners, my puppy is my baby. I won't just leave her with anyone. I pull up at Scooby Shack, open the car door and Tallulah makes a b line for the front desk. I drive away smiling every single time I drop her off. The confidence I feel that my baby will be safe, fed, loved and as happy as can be is absolutely priceless. I have recommended Scooby Shack to friends and strangers at the dog park. They get 5 stars, 2 thumbs up... all of it! Thank you to all the staff for the exceptional job you do everyday, I appreciate you all.
