I'm leaving a 5 star rating because Debaj deserves 5 stars. I've gone to The Lash Lounge twice, both times I had a full facial threading, brow tint, and lash lift and tint with Debaj. I was thrilled with the results the first time, but there were a few things I wished she had done differently with my brows (just a matter of preference and it was due to a lack of communication on my end). So the second time, I told her about the little things I wanted her to do differently. She was so kind and patient and totally heard me. She executed my vision PERFECTLY, and my brows turned out exactly how I wanted them. And just like the first time, my face and lashes looked amazing. She is great and I'd highly recommend going to her. If you can communicate what you want, she'll make it happen for you. The lash lounge itself would get 4 stars from me. It's pretty expensive, and it's not a super welcoming or calming atmosphere. I shouldn't have known that another customer's card declined with how far away I was sitting. A lowered tone could go a long way.

I regularly have Debaj thread my eyebrows and lip and she always does a wonderful job. I decided to try ombre brows for the first time. Debaj was very careful; she explained everything and my brows look lovely!

Victoria was awesome. This was my first time getting my lashes lifted and she walked me through the whole process and made sure that I was doing okay multiple times. Liked that I can schedule online. The person at the front desk was very sweet and welcoming. I will be going back! 10/10 highly recommend

Customers name was Carmela. Farah was the technician who did my eyebrows and she did a fantastic job. Made me look 10 years younger, and treats her customers really really well.

The staff at the Lake Oswego facility were pleasant and helpful. Maddie was particularly nice and friendly. The master stylist, Debaj, did a fabulous job on my eyeliners. she was patient, thorough, and took time to perform the procedure. Debaj listened carefully to my requests, and made excellent suggestions based on her professional experiences. The result was beautiful!! I highly recommend Debaj for lash lounge services! She is the best!!

Would leave 0 stars if I could I left with a HUGE chunk of glue on my eye and got charged 150$ for a 35 minute service. Such a scamReview by below Rahyane Rodrigues is SO on par with my experience. The “Master” Debaj was 15 minutes late to my appointment and I was done at 450pm. I’ve never been so unhappy with an experience.

I drove 30 minutes to get my lashes done and schedule an appointment for 7am. The lash tech did not show and now the day of my engagement photos I have to find an alternative option.

Alexa is beyond good she is knowledgeable about individual lashes on you and everyone texture and growth pattern is different. She advices the best lash extensions for your lashes. I highly recommend her.
