The online wait is deceiving. Many people don't show up on time so walk-ins are able to get in pretty quickly. MVP is my go-to, the haircut is just a bonus.

My adult son went in and gave details of what he wanted. Well, she obviously didn't care and just did a buzz. I cut my dads hair at home, and that's exactly what it looked like. My son has curly hair and wanted a professional cut. He is super disappointed further more no amenities that should have been offered were. He said next ill save the money and have you cut my hair mom. ?♀️UPDATE:.02/19/24The owner responded to the above. He refunded the cost and offered my son a MVP cut for no cost. He was very apologetic and did his best efforts to correct the situation. I appreciate all his efforts and kindness.

I spontaneously went for a trim and got pleasantly surprised with, a warm face towel, and a massage chair!!! The lady who assisted me was super GREAT. I am embarrassingly awful with names, but will make sure to request her again. MANY thanks

I've been coming here for years, including during the pandemic, and have never gotten anything but friendly service and my hair cut exactly the way I asked. The MVP hot towel and scalp massage is worth every penny... if you don't think so, then don't ask for it... your haircut will be cheaper and you don't have to come leave a negative review about how much more expensive it is than Great Clips.The wait times are what they are. You're going to find this anywhere that doesn't require advance appointments, and at those places you'll find them scheduling weeks out. Pick your poison. The days of walking into a salon and getting your hair cut within 10-15 minutes are over. Stop taking out boomer frustration on this one place. It's the same everywhere.
