I couldn’t believe how overpriced this place was for dated, used clothing. Second time there wanted to give it another chance, but won’t return.

Today I dropped off a slug of Dehen 1920 Club Jackets (melton wool and buttons and an Oregon four season favorite) plus selvedge denim size 34, very friendly staff and processed all my gear in under 30 minutes. For me it's great to have a resale shop with high standards and a fashion forward view.

Have been here twice now and love it. The staff is very helpful and kind as well. I had picked up an Eileen Fisher jacket on the sale rack for 10.00 which I though was pretty good. The staff noticed I was missing the pants, they promptly found the pants. They didn't have to be so attentive. Clearly they know what is in their store and are very fair.

Great store located in the heart of Lake Oswego. Lots of options in all price ranges. Friendly staff. As someone who has recently had a major weight loss, it’s awesome to find a store with good fashion and reasonable prices as my size continues to change!

This might be a good place to buy jewelry, but I do NOT recommend selling your jewelry here. There is a policy that after a certain point in time, they just get to keep your jewelry if they haven’t sold it. They don’t call, email, or snail mail to warn you the date is approaching. I lost hundreds of dollars worth of jewelry to Posh. I had, in fact, followed up within the original timeframe. Most of my items had not even been displayed because they had too much jewelry on-hand to sell. We had a verbal agreement they would keep it to display & sell. The last time I followed up, I was basically told they had no idea what happened to my jewelry. But they pointed out the forfeiture language as though that made it all ok. Seriously? A business model where you control if and when a product is even displayed, and if it doesn’t sell, you just get to keep it?!?

Best resale clothing, brick and mortar store in all of Portland. Women’s and men’s departments and a jewelry department with absolutely better prices than a pawn shop. Not that I go into pawn shops often… lol! The store is very organized and extremely clean. Very inviting and the sales associates always acknowledge you when you walk in. They don’t hover over you but are very helpful if you need assistance. Alexa is one of my favorites. Goes out of her way to make sure I’m happy when I leave.

Just over two years ago, I brought in three leather jackets and two of them sold almost immediately. I was very excited and thought I'd give it some time for my third jacket to sell before I called to collect my share of the money ($117). Then life got busy (I have five kids, full-time job and built a house) and I totally forgot about it. When I called to collect my money, they told me it had been too long, and Simply Posh gets to keep all my money. The snarky lady on the phone, who turned out to be the owner, told me that I signed a contract agreeing to this. I acknowledge that I signed a contract back when I first consigned my items, but this is my first time ever consigning anything, and I didn't remember/don't recall that was part of the contract. So the one star isn't because she refused to pay me for my items sold, (which I still believe is fundamentally wrong, contract or not!!) it is for her condescending attitude and lack of understanding. It costs zero dollars to be a nice person. It would have just been nice if she could understand that I'm a human who forgot. I'm already not getting the $117 owed to me for the clothing I brought in, the last thing I needed was the attitude when I'm still learning how the consignment process works. I was not rude to her at all, I asked her nicely to please don't talk to me that way, and eventually had to hang up because I don't deserve to be disrespected. Hopefully I can get my 3rd jacket back before she decides to keep that too. Merry Christmas lady!

This store could be really great -- lots of selection, great location - but the staff is generally quite snobby which makes shopping and consigning there an uncomfortable experience. In fairness, I'm sure I haven't met everyone that works there, it's just been my experience with those that I have interacted with.

I had such a lovely experience at Simply Posh. I went in and browsed around for about 10-15 minutes and found a gorgeous red handbag that I had been considering since the last visit I made to this shop. Everyone working in the shop was kind and attentive, without being overly present in a way that can give one the impression of being surveilled.I was given breezy, effective tips on how to best style the bag to optimally flatter my figure with it by a thoughtful sales associate, and ultimately, I did choose to purchase it. I left feeling giddy and gleefully flung the bag over my shoulder immediately after walking out the door - I received a compliment on it before I could even get to my car! I will definitely be back in the future to explore the treasures here :)

BEWARE- Came here for the first time yesterday and bought 3 jackets. When I got home I google them and seen all 3 items were cheaper brand new… I really liked this place until I seen that. Please make sure you google it before buying it!!!

I always stop here when I’m in the area … good quality men’s clothes that I could not afford for my wardrobe if I bought new. Staff always pleasant and helpful.

Very overpriced. I looked up the price of several items online and they were being sold for more secondhand at this shop than they were brand new from the original stores. Several forever 21/target dresses selling for double, sometimes triple of their original prices. I was also not acknowledged by the staff once, yet other customers (who were not in their 20’s) were greeted and offered help several times.

I would never consign here again. They sold my jewelry and I never got my money. I Do not recommend this place at all.
