I work here and it was hard for me to get the hours changed. 3 or 4 tries to get it changed. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused anyone, and it not because I didn't try! Unfortunately, Oregon's new gas law does not allow us to leave the pumps on when we are closed.

Great local gas station with fuel, diesel included. They also have a pretty extensive convenience store attached if you are in need of any items.

For some reason when I went here to fill up today, Adam who was working was incredibly rude and was upset when I asked to apply my Fred Meyer rewards. He said it would “take too long to reset the card machine” and when I explained I was in no hurry and was happy waiting, he just sighed and walked away. I feel completely taken aback and am now sitting at the gas station down the road where a super friendly attendant happily applied my rewards. Do not go here if you want to be treated with kindness (or just basic respect). To make it worse, I called to express my concern and he answered, stating “I’m sorry you feel that way.” I refuse to give money to businesses that treat customers (especially friendly customers!) so poorly. Go anywhere else!

How hard is it to walk around to the driver side to get my card instead of making me lean over to open the passenger side door?? This is the only place ever that has had me do it this way.

I had to get out of the car to get my gas can out. I asked the female attendant to move back from the door and her response was (rude tone here) "Don't be so mean!" She walked away essentially refusing to serve me. A new low and that is saying something at this place. NEVER get decent treatment.

Last time I went to this gas station, both employees were doped out on heroine. They could hardly get a word out, I could barely understand what they said, and my goodness, their eyes were ridiculous. These people are handling your cars and money, so I recommend you go to another gas station!

Rude management and very argumentative. I don't go inside the store I just want to fill up. I know it's probably early morning if people don't get their coffee I'm sure there's an excuse for everybody. After my treatment there I can safely say I will not return to that Shell gas station. Hospitality business with no Hospitality or concern for their customers.

My husband and I have both bought gas here for business and personal use. We would never go back after today due to continued poor customer service. When I called to speak with the manager/owner, I was told that the business has been sold and they didn't know who the new owners were. What a shame -- a great location, but without proper customer care, they have lost our future business.
