Looking for a floral shop, my son suggested Safeway. I was really thinking of an actual floral shop. I felt I could probably get a beautiful arrangement because it's what they do all day. Against my hesitation, we went. Suzanne greeted us and asked if we needed help. I told her I was celebrating my son-in-law and bringing him some flowers for landing the job he's been waiting to get for some time. She showed me some floral arrangements. I found this beautiful arrangement that was perfect! Vibrant in color and just the right size. Suzanne added some orange roses, which really brightened the whole arrangement. Suzanne went the extra mile, adding her personal touch to it! It was absolutely beautiful when she was done! We'll be coming back again! Thank you!

After going around and round with FTD Flower Delivery service they ended up sending my order to this Safeway and provided me with the contact info. I called to make sure all was on track (since Nothing had gone right up until this point) and Suzanne Evans, Floral Manager took my call and set my mind at ease!! She even went above and beyond to send me a picture of the arrangement she prepared, just beautiful!! And assured me it would be delivered for when I had asked! Lesson learned, call Safeway directly!! They deliver!! Thank You Suzanne for being awesome! ?

Store number 1047 is absolutely the worst ran store I have ever seen. The people who work there who are male are all buddy buddy and misogynistic, they all treat the females with disrespect and disregard. I have observed the other pic when my wife worked there sit at Starbucks and yell at the employees to get their work done while he did literally none of his own. I have sat at Starbucks in the store and watched on several occasions when my wife worked there, running around like a chicken with their head cut off and got yelled at cause she's not getting enough done while Shawn the pic sat behind customer service looking any where customers weren’t. That store has so many health code violations and osha violations it would make the worst Waffle House look like the best Ruth’s Chris steakhouse. The store director doesn’t provide safety equipment, the Stepladder is locked in the managers closet, and having to use a milk crate to get up high is extremely unsafe. My wife was hit by a car while working and the other pic didn’t call 911 or the police. There was a gas leak in the deli and the store remained open.

The deli was closed when I came in to shop at 3:30pm on March 9. I was told there was a staffing shortage. This is unbelievable to me that a company as large as Safeway cannot plan for a staffing shortage. Maybe new store management should be considered, or maybe Kroger would do a better job!

Had a terrible experience here. I was shopping late at night but enough to do my shopping. I heard the announcement that they were closing soon. With 10 minutes before closing, this obese man stood resting on a cart and told me of the announcement and we had to leave right then. No more shopping. We were nearly done shopping any way. This man was extremely rude and if he is a manager it's reason enough not to visit this store again.

Terrible customer service. Early in the morning they have none of the self checkouts open AND there is rarely a cashier at their station. Had to be checked out by the Starbucks employee. They need to have someone stationed to help customers.

If you need to take your cans back for a refund plan to be at safeway bottle return machine for awhile, one can or bottle at a time and machine keeps breaking down so you have to wait for along time for someone to finally come fix it , then you start putting your cans in there and it Stops again !!!!!! Vicious Cycle!!!!!!
