Can we please take a moment to thank or be kind to our Rite Aid pharmacist, tech and sales person? I don't often stand in line and hear people being rude, but I did today and it makes me so disheartened when this staff gets treated like garbage. Hey, I get it, people are impatient they have things to do. But so do all the other people waiting, helping or servicing. I just want to shout out Lenon the pharmacist who always checks to see how I'm doing, several of the techs who when they see me immediately know if I'm picking up for my kids or myself, and always are friendly, and the sales people who today kindly commented on my outfit. A second of kindness is all it takes. What do you get out of making someone else angry and miserable? And for the dude who was rude to the tech, what he didn't know or ASK, was that the neighborhood lost its power in the late afternoon until close to midnight. The pharmacy team had to do a massive catch up of orders and existing meds. Give each other grace, it's the least you'd want for yourself. Also, I seriously always appreciate this rite aid for always having our RX stocked and always serving with a friendly demeanor. I know retail pharmacy isn't easy, keep up the great work, y'all.

This Rite Aid has an ecxellent team, and are quick to get my prescriptions filled. They have helped me get the best options and really make their customers feel cared for.

I'm sorry for the difficult times Rite Aid is currently going through. Those employed at the Boones Ferry location are doing a highly commendable job and deserve the highest praise.

Have usually had a great experience at this pharmacy but today when I had a medication mix up, I’ve recently switched to a mail prescription service, the pharmacist who assisted on the phone was dismissive, rude, and unhelpful. My first call went to voicemail, understandable as they must be busy. My second call was answered and then immediately put on hold where I waited for 5 minutes before hanging up. My third call was answered by an unpleasant employee who was very quick to shut down any questions I had and just kept repeating that they couldn’t do anything.I don’t usually post negative reviews but with medical care, getting access to medications directly affects people’s health and well-being and I don’t think this was acceptable behavior from a medical professional.

I've been consistently impressed by Rite Aid's pharmacy. They tend to fill prescriptions quickly, more so than other pharmacies I've used. It's easy to request refills online, and they send a text notification when meds are ready. I like that I don't need to call. The hours are also better than many other pharmacies.Most of all, I appreciate the staff. My previous pharmacy gave me issues that likely related to my identity. I've never had any issues whatsoever with Rite Aid. The staff there are consistently friendly, helpful, and efficient. I'm so glad I don't have to deal with the stress that I had when I went to my previous pharmacy.

The reason I go to this pharmacy even though it’s out of my way is because they are on top of things and they do their best. I see the negative reviews but I’ve seen much seen much worse in other pharmacies. They do go out of their way so give them a chance. They are nice people and work hard.

C'mon Victoria. Stand in line and listen to them for 10 minutes on the phone, back and forth, and you'll tell these people are juggling 20 chainsaws with the grace of Marcel Marseau. Sure you have to go back once in awhile, we all do, and usually it's on our end. This crew is on it. Give them the good review they deserve.

Pharmacy staff can be a bit difficult with customers, making simple prescription refills a hassle. Be prepared to push back with coupons and any requests for multi-month refills.

The pharmacy is incredibly disorganized, and I’ve had to make multiple trips, on multiple occasions, due to multiple mistakes. The staff is nice enough, except for today when I got there at 1:25 and they were closing earlier than posted for lunch- despite seeing me at the counter trying to pick up a script.

The number of times I have had to make multiple trips to this pharmacy is nuts. I've had multiple instances where they told me something couldn't be filled, only to find out they had put it on auto fill, already filled it, and didn't bother to look. I've had multiple instances where they insist I only have one Rx to pick up, when there were in fact multiple and I had to go back. They close earlier than posted (on a sign, not on google or anything actually helpful) for lunch, even when they see someone trying to pick up a prescription. The people are nice but man, the service is awful.

This is a 5 star store but the national marketing scheme of "buy one get one and/or second at 50% off is useless in most cases because you usually do not need 2 of a drugstore item that lasts beyond the expire date!
