I just bought 10 International letter stamps. I asked if they charge more than the US post office. "A little more" I was told.I paid $32.30.That's $3.23 per stamp. The USPS price is $1.50.MORE THAN TWICE AS MUCH!That's outrageous! Be aware!

Fed Ex authorized shipper but doesn't have the software to scan fed ex return codes? Bizarre. I came here specifically because this store is listed as "fed ex authorized," which I assume meant they could do things that Fed Ex authorizes, like print return labels from QR codes. Nope. Heading to the Fed Ex store now instead.

Terrible Experience Sending an International Package - STAY AWAY!!!PLEASE READ!I recently had an extremely frustrating experience at a store while trying to send an international package. Not only did they charge me a staggering $300 for their service, but the package was returned to me after a week, citing "Missing sender name and address" as the reason. I immediately contacted the store to inquire about the issue, and Rose, the store manager, assured me that she would investigate the matter. Little did I know that waiting for the outcome of her "investigation" would be an exercise in futility. After enduring an agonizing 9-day wait, my package remained untouched, and I received no response from Rose regarding her so-called investigation. It was clear to me that the store had made a mistake by neglecting to include my name and address on the package. When I brought this to Rose's attention, she seemed indifferent and clueless about when I could expect an explanation for the package's return. Instead of empathizing with my situation, she became visibly annoyed with my persistence and suggested I take my package elsewhere. To add insult to injury, when I proposed the idea of re-sending the package, Rose informed me that I would have to pay an additional fee of $210, even after factoring in her supposed "25% discount." She justified this outrageous charge by claiming it was necessary to cover the store's expenses in sending the package and even insinuated that she had incurred losses as well. It was abundantly clear that Rose lacked any understanding or willingness to rectify the store's mistake. What made matters worse was when I requested a refund, as any dissatisfied customer would do, Rose coldly stated that their store policy prohibits refunds for international packages. This policy is not only unreasonable but also fundamentally unfair, especially considering the store's blatant mistakes and lack of accountability. It is evident that they prioritize their own profits over customer satisfaction and refuse to take responsibility for their errors.Frustrated beyond measure, I made the decision to take my package elsewhere for shipment. To my astonishment, the new facility charged me a mere $114 for the same service, highlighting just how exorbitantly the previous store had overcharged me. It is an absolute travesty that I had paid $300 to a store that not only failed to provide the service promised but also displayed a complete lack of customer care.I strongly urge anyone reading this review to steer clear of this store if you value your money and wish to avoid being scammed and grossly overcharged for your packages. The way I was treated and the utter lack of professionalism and integrity exhibited by Rose and her staff is utterly unacceptable. Spare yourself the headache, and find a reputable establishment that values its customers and provides the services it claims to offer.

STAY AWAY from this place. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Go to USPS instead. This place charges more than double for terrible service. The manager is particularly rude, prejudice, and full of attitude.

I saw an array of critical reviews for PostalAnnex (prior to writing this one), and it is easy to see why some folks might be alienated. Having said that, I had a remarkable experience with a PostalAnnex employee by the name of Jessica. We had a series of documents notarized and copied before sending them to an out-of-state business via Federal Express. The FedEx label was generated for us by the out-of-state business. The delivery of these time-sensitive documents was significantly delayed, and we had no idea how to track the package. Jessica took the time to sleuth through PostalAnnex records to help locate the tracking number and thus identify the snag. She went above and beyond the call of duty. My thanks to Jennifer!

Called ahead on Friday to confirm they had a notary Saturday morning. The woman said "of course, we always have a notary". OK great, so you'll have one tomorrow morning when we go... yes.Go the next morning, no notary. Unapologetic answer of "unfortunately we don't have one today".But I called to confirm...*just stares at me*I was wondering why it had such a low rating and now I understand why...

This is where I do most of my shipping, and the staff here are kind and hardworking. I often don't have to wait, and they're great at answering questions and moving things along.

This is my local PostalAnnex+ and I come here occasionally when I need to ship back a few returns. Everyone is always friendly and I’m usually in and out pretty quickly. However I try to avoid mailing back any USPS returns here because for some reason, they charge you $1.00 for each return, and I have no idea why (FedEx and UPS are free). It’s not a large fee, so I’m not all broken up about it. it’s just a little odd and off putting to have to stop and run my credit card for $1.00 (because who has cash these days?) when I’m usually in a hurry to be somewhere.

Just finalized a wonderful transaction with a young man named Aaron! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by his smiling eyes and friendly demeanor! He was extremely professional - I was mailing a beautiful old painting and a gift to a friend! Aaron did an exemplary job and I am so very thankful! I am glad there are young people who put their heart into their job and Aaron does! God Bless your store and its continued success!!!!From a very satisfied customer!!!!

I wish I can post ZERO starts. Mike does not ship packages quickly, but he sure does know how to lose a customer in record time.Mike who I had a displeasure of speaking with was defensive and rude from the start of our conversation. I called to inquire about high cost of a package that was sent to me from this service location while out of town. We paid $147 for 24 hour shipping on Thursday, but package did not arrive until Monday. Mike shared that UPS does not do refunds and there is nothing we can do. I said I understood that, but that I think problem could have been prevented before the item was even shipped by providing the customer all the necessary information. Mike was not surprised that the package was late, close to the weekend , so why was a cheaper, 4 day option not given? I checked with another mailing center, and they said 4 day shipping would have been $27. It should be a common courtesy to tell customers all of their options, especially if 24 hours becomes 4 days. Correct? Mike mentioned he has video and audio of all transactions at the store and he could check on this particular transaction and determine what options were given. Great, please do! I welcome this idea as it could serve as a good lesson to all of us, including his employees. I shared that this is a huge concern to me and something that would determine if I use this service center again. He proceeded to accuse me of threatening him and promptly hung up the phone. I think a lesson in good customer service is in order Mike! To future customers, good luck getting good/fast service or reporting a concern!

I have had Aaron helping me at this location twice now and am amazed at his service. He is so friendly, quick, helpful and easy to deal with. I feel like he has made both my transactions easier even though they were complicated. I'd never thought I'd write a review about a postal place but when you get great service you ought to acknowledge it. Thank you for having such great customer service!!

You would think this "Mike" would get a clue and change his horrible business practices. I came in around 4:30 and had a pre-stamped UPS box about (24*36) and asked for a hand-truck / dolly. The teenage boy at the front said that because UPS had already picked up for the day he would have to charge a $3 "storage fee", because the morning shift would be "pissed at him" if he didn't and they are "tripping" over this box. He even had the audacity to insult my intelligence and say "this isn't a very big store." Even so, there was plenty of room for one box. This short-sightedness of nickle and diming clients so effects long term revenue. I will commute ANYWHERE, even if not cost effective to not go in here again.
