I registered for a new client appointment on the Annastasia Salon website but never got my hair cut. I am disgusted by my experience and won’t be going back. Let me explain why. I found a 6:30am Westlake location time slot available online which worked great with my work schedule. I received a confirmation email that listed the Westlake location. A few days before the appointment I received a phone call to verify my appointment. They did not confirm the location on the phone, and I didn’t think I needed to ask about it, it was in the email. I arrived a few minutes early to my appointment, but the building was empty and under construction, I’ve since learned they are still repairing storm damage. I tried to call the Westlake location, but it went straight to message. I left a message, and I never received a call back. I tried calling the Lake Oswego location, but it kept ringing. I let it ring for more than a minute. At 6:33am I decided I needed to try the other locations because maybe I’m in the wrong place. I drove 10 minutes to the Lake Oswego location. There was a nice lady who was not helping a customer at the time I arrived, why couldn’t she answer the phone? I showed her my email confirmation with the Westlake address. She explained that my stylist was in Multnomah village because of the repairs. She offered to see if a stylist on-site could help me, but no one was available for an hour. She then offered to call the Multnomah location to let my stylist know I was on the way. At this point I’m crying in frustration and had a little melt down in the lobby. I pulled my composure back together and I drove 15 minutes to Multnomah village and arrived at 7am. The lady at the computer looks at me expectantly like she doesn’t know who I am or what I need. Maybe the other salons phone call of “heads-up” didn’t go through because I thought they would recognize the red-cry-eyes and be expecting me. I explained my situation and showed her the confirmation email with the wrong address, and I was told that my stylist was no longer available because I was 30 minutes late. I asked if I would be charged for the appointment because I had to upload my credit card to confirm the appointment. She said she didn’t know. I asked her to please not charge me because it was not my fault. When she asked if I would like to reschedule, I said no thank you and left. I was in tears driving home and over and over wondering why a hair appointment had to be so painful and stressful. It’s not my fault the website allowed me to register for a location that is closed, and it’s not my fault the email confirmation sent the address of the wrong place. The fault lies in poor software management, poor customer service and poor business management especially related to new clients. Perhaps they are great with hair, but they provided a disgusting customer experience that I will not return for.

I had an incredible experience with Caitlin and her team. As always, they delivered exactly the color and cut I was looking for. Caitlin expertly blended the color to naturally diminish the appearance of gray hair, with a design that grows out subtly, making it less noticeable even with a 12-week gap between appointments. Not only is Caitlin exceptionally skilled with hair, but she’s also a kind and wonderful person. She’s truly the best hair stylist I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend!

I am so happy I chose to book at Annastasia Salon. This was my first time coming here and I will only be coming back here from now on. The salon was beautiful and everyone was so kind. I especially l loved my stylist Olivia. She’s not only such a sweet and genuine person, but she is amazing at hair. She makes sure to ask lots of questions about what you’re wanting and walks you through what she is doing. She is extremely knowledgeable and I am so happy I chose to book with her. I am so happy with my hair, I can’t wait to see her at my next appointment!!

Somehow Lindsey is a mind reader! She has cut my hair three times now and I always walk away with just what I wanted. After cancer treatment this past year she has been able to shape some strange hair lengths and textures into great looking styles. Thank you!

OMG Hailey is seriously a life saver ! She is truly amazing ! I had came in with damaged bleached hair from a previous salon and she worked her magic ! My hair looks and feels amazing and you can’t even tell my hair had previous damage . I absolutely love the way my hair turned out ! I highly highly recommend Hailey ! She is also such a sweetheart !
