“This Safeway is my go to place for groceries. I've been doing the drive up and go for a little while now. When I got home after picking up my most recent order I noticed 3 bags worth of items missing. I called the store and Alicia Curry the Director (or manager, I can't remember) answered the phone. The day way very hectic and busy for me, so I asked if I could have the store deliver the items for free the following morning. She said the store doesn't deliver, but that she would be happy to bring the groceries to me once she got off work. I said no and that I could get them in the morning, but she kept insisting that she wanted to bring them to me, so I said okay. She turned my negative experience into a positive one and I appreciate the effort she made for me.”
“I was visiting Portland over the last three days from the Bay Area. I realized I had forgotten to pack my prescription drugs so I visited this pharmacy Tuesday morning to see whether I could obtain three days worth of my drugs to tide me over through my visit. The pharmacist whose name I believe was Troy could not have been more helpful. He contacted the doctors and my drug insurance plan and obtained a supply of all the drugs I needed within about three hours. I am forever in his debt! And the other multiple staff I interacted with in the pharmacy and checkout desk were also very polite and friendly. Kudos to the staff for their superior customer service!”

“I love the Community Compounding Pharmacy. It is so much easier to deal with them, to get things done. They have a great automated system, but you don't have to use it, you can speak with an actual person. And you won't have to wait 20 minutes on hold. When I've had a question, someone was available right away, & friendly. I get one compounded med from them, refilled 4 times a year, for 5 years now. No mistakes, no delays, in 5 years. I wish they could be my all-around pharmacy.”
