What a great experience! Thomas took the time to explain to us the the need to focus on both support and comfort, the first time we had every heard a mattress store employee use a combination of terms to ensure we got the right mattress. And after a number of mattress tests, with Thomas's guidance, we found a mattress which gave us the right amount of support and also was very comfortable. Last night was the best night of sleep...from the time I laid down to the time I woke up 8 plus hours later, I sleep a sound sleep, and woke refreshed. The first time I did not wait up numerous times during the night in years.

Great service, very easy to work with, wasn’t pushy to purchase a mattress. They took the time to teach us about all different types of mattress and pillows to make sure we bought the right one for us.
