We have worked with Tom Fitkin at Oswego Mortgage now on 3 different homes using a VA Loan and 1 refinance. They are the best. No matter who you get when you call, they all are so knowledgeable and great to work with. Desiree is fantastic. Cannot encourage anyone enough to call and talk to someone whether for a new loan or refinance. We will never use anyone else.

Especially with my circumstances I don't believe I could have gotten a better result with a different firm. We have used Oswego Mortgage twice. Both times Anna Swinford was amazing to work with. She was very personable and patient with us. Very thorough. The last transaction was done by loan officer Steve who was also wonderful. Very knowledgeable and wise beyond his years. Gave us very good advice and guidance. Will use them both again in future. Tom, Stephan and Amity at Oswego Mortgage helped my wife and myself buy our first Home. The Oswego Mortgage team went above and beyond what we expected. Buying a house (especially your first home) can be a daunting task. But the Oswego Mortgage team made it easy. We were set up quickly with a lender, and closed shortly after on our home, STRESS FREE! Oswego mortgage was great to work with. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, combined with speedy and personalized service. Couldn't have been better. This was a refi for us, so we expected long wait times for paperwork and processing....NOPE! Not the case. We are using a VA loan, so that comes with an added headache. Oswego Mortgage dealt with everything and truly made it super easy. Our consultant was even able to find us a lower rate based on our credit. When it came time for our paperwork and signatures, they sent a notary to our home at a time that worked for us to do all the required "wet" or "live" signatures. We will be using them again when we plan on purchasing a new home in the future! Thank you!

Oswego mortgage is an incredible gem. They are truly good people and know their stuff! Very experienced. They really care about their clients. I trust them and I know they always have my best interest at heart.I did shop my mortgage and found the online services were non- responsive, slow, impersonal and I ended up with a lot of spam email and random unknown number phone calls. Also hard to connect with an actual person to ask questions.Oswego Mortgage still came in with the most competitive loan and we locked it.Their team was incredibly friendly attentive and efficient and closed in record time. I am so pleased with my new loan.Thank you for making this so easy, stress-free,transparent and a pleasant process. You are good people,knowledgable and very refreshing in this day and age.
