I know they mean well and do provide great service. I just wish this location was properly staffed. So all of us that rely on them for our mobility needs can get more effective faster service. These peeps that work there are nice and have done amazing things for me. I just feel bad do to they seem to be short staffed all the time which equals longer times for responses etc.. I just hope for the well-being of the employees that one day this place gets properly staffed which in return helps the community of disabled people even better.

We recently purchased a wheelchair from National Seating Mobility in Portland Oregon.Bert and Susan out of the gate went above and beyond to help us find the perfect wheelchair for my mom who had had a massive stroke and lost the use of her left side.Bert is the most compassionate person we have met to this date. He takes so much pride in his work. He is kind as well as extremely knowledgeable. He takes the time to ensure that your needs are filled. He is always on time and he always stays in contact, as you can call him and talk to him and if he is not available he returns your call in a timely manner.Bert you are an amazing human being, the pride you take in your work is like something we’ve never seen before. You are a respectable man and truly TRULY truly love what you do and the people your work for and work with.We can not thank you enough. You took this horrible tragedy and owned it and changed our lives for the better.THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOUSincerely The Ross FamilyPortland Oregon

We LOVE THIS COMPANY! Aaron the technician is so awesome! Friendly..effencient.. fast!So happy to have switched company's!Numotion never cared!!! Slooow... And won't even come make small adjustments to help out while waiting ..This company came, fixed a bolt while we waited!! Personal! The absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced. It was a time in my life where my independence was being striped from me do to a progressive cognitive disease and I was in the market for an electronic mobility device. It took at least a half dozen messages left on my part to receive a call back (I was at the mercy of my insurance company national seating and mobility was one of three companies I could use for my electronic device). When “Karen” finally returned my call, she was rushed, uninterested in hearing my need, curt and dismissive. After nearly a five week waiting period for a representitive to call and schedule an in-home “evaluation,” which might have lasted seven minutes, due to “I’m not certain we accept your medical insurance. I’ll go back to the office and have Karen verify and I’ll call you back within the hour.” I informed both Karen and the representative at least a half dozen times that it was my medical Insurance company and provide their contact information, as National Seating and Mobility is a preferred provider for electronic mobility devices. Getting to the representitive leaving my home with, “ i’ll call you back within the hour,” well that was nearly six weeks ago. Neither he nor Karen ever returned my call.If you want excellent service, go with NuMotion.
