I was wanting to increase my strength & balance so at the suggestion of a couple friends, I joined Muscles In Motion. After a month, I'm seeing improvement in both those and continue to increase the amount of weight i can do and my confidence in my body.

Diana has been amazing. I had a severe back injury which happened in 2013. Since that time I have dealt with repeated injury leaving me unable to walk at times. After working with Diana for only a few weeks I've been able to recover strength which I have not felt for years. Her understanding of my lower back/sacrum injury and how to tailor strength training around it has greatly decreased the amount of constant pain I almost constantly feel. My recent MRI showed 3 bulging discs which was alarming at first but her reaction was "Thats nothing, we can fix this" Which is just what I need to hear! And I'm sure we will! Also, when I train here I don't feel so much like a cripple receiving just physical therapy. While I'm getting the kind of professional therapy I desperately need to recover I also feel like I'm training as an athlete again. The gym is clean, and inviting. The equipment is top quality with several specialized pieces of equipment you wont find at a standard gym, and the staff and trainers are excellent. I'm confident there is no better place that could help me make the best recovery possible.

Diana has helped me to overcome injuries I thought I’d never get rid of. I used to play golf and live through the pain in my shoulders, hips, ankles and back but was always on the injured list. No longer! I’ve played golf injury free for over 7 months now and am WAY stronger than before. And more importantly, I’m healthy and enjoying my health and time off. Stefania also gives a great massage! I’ve seen multiple massage therapist and she has proven herself above the rest. A potent combo for an ailing golfer! My wife also loves working with Kelsey! And Mollie is always so great.I teach golf professionally and recommend many students to this gym.

I have been working out at Muscles in Motion for more than 8 years. With its 30 minute workouts and I can fit them into my busy schedule. They have great trainers and are EXTREMELY talented and professional. A great place to be.

I was SO HAPPY to find these guys. I have been doing HIT exercise for several years in UK. When I moved here, I was worried that I wasn't going to find anyone with same mindset/approach to exercise. I was so wrong. I love my 30 min sessions. They fit my personality and attitude perfectly. I hate the idea of mindless 1-2 hr sessions sweating it out. The Muscles in Motion approach makes so much sense and follows what I read in the book "Body by Science". I really don't know why everyone else is not coming here!

The staff and trainers at MIM have gone above and beyond to make the gym environment safe for clients to continue weekly workouts. They clean the equipment after each use and make the added step part of the workout experience. After the first day back it felt completely normal. I am so happy to be back to my twice a week in person workouts.

During these unprecedented times, Muscles in Motion (MIM) has gone the EXTRA mile to provide an exceptionally safe studio to workout in. Their safety protocols are spot on. It has made such an incredible difference in my life to be able to continue to work one on one with a trainer. MIM has enhanced my physical and mental health during these challenging COVID-19 days. I took golf fitness training from Diana, the TPI certified trainer. I gained core stability and consistency, and am playing the best golf of my life. After a few months off to integrate and work on what I was taught, I am going to take some more sessions. I am stronger than I've been in 15 years and dropped 3 strokes off my handicap.

The custom workouts and one-on-one attention are spectacular. I didn’t believe that a half hour was long enough to get a sufficient workout, but I was very wrong. The scientific approach to maximizing the exercises done in a half hour is astoundingly effective. The employees are all so friendly, and accommodating. I can't say enough nice things about them.For beginners MIM the perfect place to start your health journey. For experienced fitness minded folks, this place will change the way you view and approach working out and give you more time in your life and better results.
