“Highly recommend checking AirLink out, even if you gotta drive across town. You absolutely won't find a cell phone shop owner more dedicated to your best outcome. Min always goes above and beyond with selling new or old phones, repairing your existing phone, providing appropriate accessories, or even pads and many other devices/items, and he's going to always give you the straight skinny on what is best for you. BEFORE you make a decision elsewhere, at least go talk to him!”

“After a harrowingly bad experience at Best Buy, I came to this shop to ask about replacing a shattered Microsoft surface screen. Even though they specialize in Apple products, they were able to give me not only a reasonable quote, but also a timely and fabulous repair. They said they wouldn’t charge me if they couldn’t fix it, and their work went way above my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I need a repair from a knowledgeable and fair technician.”

“When I came to Tech R Us I was hesitant to spend money to repair my phone. I don’t think any of us like to spend money for used parts when it costs and we can buy new. The customer service is great and I will return for the service.”
“Recently I was advised to change my cell phone number due to it being associated with fraudulent actitivies. I have attempted to port my landline number, which I have had for 10+ years, but hardly used. First, I contacted AT&T customer service by dialing 611, but I got many run arounds because I was porting my landline number instead of comletely new number; besides they still seemed to use people abroad. Thus, I decided to walk into this AT&T store.
Tanner has immediately understood the situation and expertly handled the situation. He has assisted me about a year ago when I lost my phone and helped me activiate a phone I purchased from Best Buy. He remembered me.
Tanner is professional with wide range of knowledge like porting landline number, and if he is at the store, I actually prefer to wait and go to him even if he is serving another customer. AT&T Store West Linn is fortunate to have a great customer service person like Tanner.”

“Eli at the portland location set me up with a new protector and csse that were a great improvement for my phone, he went so far as to email me a photo of my information sticker on my phone, remove it, clean ane polish my phone and now it looks so clean and impressive. “Admittedly, I’m one of those people that thinks about writing a review a lot more often than I actually do. My experience at the Tigard Verizon store practically demanded a review… and a really really good one at that!
My phone was stolen Wednesday evening and Thursday morning I went to get my replacement. The store had been open less than an hour and Nicholas Levine was the only salesman working and he was already with a customer. I won’t bore you with the details of my visit or transaction but it is imperative that I thank Nicholas for his outstanding service. He has to be the greatest asset of this business. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 20+ years and this was the best sales experience I’ve ever had. If possible, I won’t buy another phone from anyone else. I hope the management takes care of him.

“For iPhone & Android mobile devices, you won't find better prices or service than CompRite, anywhere. Local, or online.For PC repair, if you need a trustworthy local IT who will ONLY fix what is broken, NEVER pad the bill, or add parts & services you don't need and NEVER refuse to help you, there's only one place to go, locally, imo.If you question every 5/5 review, GOOD! Shows you're paying attention. However, this one is genuine, unlike anything on Amazon (not sure I've ever had a 5/5 there). Check out my other reviews if you doubt my veracity.It seems as if companies can just screw over customers with impunity, nowadays, and no one bats an eye. It's become the norm; expected behavior from Amazon. That's why I'm motivated to share good business practices and warn about bad ones. It's my small way of fighting back against this trend.Please support good companies and stop giving your money to bad businesses, with mediocre services and shady policies. If we don't fight back against the trend, some day soon, only the worst companies will remain.”

The gentleman there is very nice, and when I called with an issue later, he even swapped me out for a new screen at absolutely no charge as his services come with a warranty that he stands behind. “I would recommend CompRite for any of my friends with phone or computer problems. They are knowledgeable and straightforward in explaining issues and their solutions.
Computer issues can be frustrating, and sometimes there is not an easy answer on the best fix.
I called at least 3 other local computer repair shops and couldn't be seen for several weeks. I got into CompRite the same day.
My equipment had some messy issues; it took several days, new parts and a return trip to work out all the bugs and get it working properly. Satisfaction is guaranteed, and they honored their warranty for my 2nd trip. My computer has worked great in the several months since.”
