I found Lindsey jewelers this year when I needed a ring resized and it was recommended on a local group. I have since been back several times as this is a place that is incredibly friendly, does beautiful work, and is absolute quality. I have gone in for the resizing, having older jewelry repurposed, and purchased a ring as well. They are welcoming and warm, one time even giving me a tour of how they make their custom rings which was amazing. I love that it is a family business. This is my go to for anything jewelry related and I cant recommend them enough.

Lindsey Jewelers is an exceptional jeweler. I had several rings that I inherited from my Grandmother that were not my style and some were damaged. I had long wanted a signet ring that I could use in my letter writing hobby. Kevin and Shannon were so fun to work with on this project. They took my Grandmother's jewelry and made it into a piece that I will love and cherish. I could not be more happy with the results. They were easy to communicate with and they completed the project a day early for my birthday. I highly recommend them.

Corbett and the rest of the family were a pleasure to work with. They were friendly, professional and were able to accommodate my specific asks and custom requests. Corbett was able to help me with design, gem sourcing and completed my projects well within the allotted timeframe. Lindsey Jewelers will be the go to for all future projects!

I can’t overstate how much I recommend the Lindsey family. When I knew that I wanted to propose to my girlfriend and needed an engagement ring a long time friend of mine told me about this shop. From the introductory call I had with Corbett I knew it was the place I wanted to go. Incredibly knowledgeable and down to earth and not intimidating (because I knew nothing about buying an engagement ring!) I had a photo of a ring I knew my girlfriend loved and I had a family stone from my Mom I wanted to use. They were able to recreate it to perfection in house and advise me what type of metal would give it the look she was going for. Between initial consultation, creation of the bespoke mold, and pickup I met Shannon, Hayden, Fletcher and Corbett. All delightful, and between them experts in every facet of jewelry. They made what I anticipated was going to be a stressful process so enjoyable because the trust I had in them and the compassion they clearly had. They were able to create the ring way faster than I anticipated and I proposed within the week! My, now fiancée!, loves the ring so much. Can’t recommend them enough, I now have a jeweler for life.

My latch bracelet that my dad passed down to me was stuck this morning and I stressed out. I called Lindsey Jewelers and spoke with Corbett. He told to stop by at my convenience and once I realized their building was within walking distance of my work, I stopped right by. The team here made me feel incredibly welcomed and they fixed the latch and I was out the door within 10 minutes. Highly recommend working with Lindsey Jewelers for repairs; I know who I’ll be working with in the future!

From the moment we met Corbett Lindsey at Lindsey Jewelers, my fiancé and I knew we were in capable hands. This family-run establishment takes immense pride in their craftsmanship and the relationships they build with their clients.
Corbett was our guiding star throughout the entire process. His responsiveness via email and phone calls made us feel valued and heard. Whenever we had questions or wanted to tweak elements of the design, he was there with patience and expertise.
When it came to choosing the perfect center and side stones, Corbett truly shone. He educated us about the nuances of diamonds, from their qualities to the distinction between lab-grown and natural gems. We decided on a lab-grown diamond, and Corbett promptly ordered three different center stones within our budget and quality preferences.
But it didn’t end there. We stepped into the store and saw the wax mold version of the ring—a thrilling moment where we made those last-minute tweaks and finalized the design. And when the final product arrived, it was nothing short of a dream. My engagement ring looked exactly as I had envisioned.
Lindsey Jewelers exceeded our expectations. Their commitment to quality and excellent customer service is unmatched. I don't feel like you would find this level of service at a large chain jeweler. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend them to friends, family, and anyone seeking exceptional craftsmanship that will last a lifetime.

I spent several days calling around for an appraisal of some jewelry I have, and not ONLY was this the best price I found for appraisals, but the guy was VERY, very nice, helpful, and informative. He made me feel like I wasn't wasting my time or his by calling and asking. Most other places either flat out refused to look at anything not bought there, ( ridiculous), or made it sound like some huge, expensive process. Also ridiculous. This guy was the exact opposite. He made me feel welcomed and that he was happy to appraise some things for me. And again, it was the lowest price I found. For an excellent job. He looked everything over, made sure it was what it's supposed to be, and I felt comfortable leaving the items in their care. I will DEFINITELY be going back for all my future jewelry needs. Especially if I want to buy something. Thanks guys! A "diamond in the rough", for sure. Don't waste your time going anywhere else for a quality jewelry appraisal, and probably also any repairs or purchases. Good in one area probably means good in all areas.

They are not only the nicest family, they are so personable and extremely knowledgeable ☺️ I am very pregnant and my ring would not come off so I needed to go here to get it cut and taken off. I had a fantastic experience working with Lindsey Jewelers!! They’re a small family owned business and they do truly exceptional work. And they’re so lovely to work with!! They melted down several pieces of gold jewelry from my family to build my wedding band, and the finished product is AMAZING! I LOVE my wedding band!! The entire process working with Lindsey Jewelers to plan, craft, engrave, and resize this ring was such a pleasure- they were so kind, supportive, trustworthy, and thorough. Everything you could hope for in a jeweler! They also did some work on my wife’s platinum engagement ring and wedding band, and we are equally as thrilled with their work on this project ?. We will absolutely be coming back to Lindsey Jewelers for any and all jewelry needs moving forward! I can’t recommend them highly enough!!

Lindsey Jewelers is such a precious gem!The entire family treat customers with a genuine care and excellence through their impeccable service in both knowledges and skills.When I called them to inquire jewelry repair, Fletcher greeted me with a very friendly welcoming way as if I were their long time customer. On the appointment day, as soon as I went to their front door, Shannon greeted me with a warm smile and took her time to throughly exam my 18K gold necklace for a minor repair. She immediately noticed its unique design and assured me that they will take very good care of it as if it's their own. And she was absolutely right.When I went to pick up my repaired necklace, Corbett greeted me with a big smile by immediately addressing my first name with attentiveness. What a first class service!Hayden did an absolutely amazing repair job with meticulous and painstaking efforts to carefully not disturb intricately designed necklace. I know in my heart that nobody could have done this job as excellent as he did.Now that it's been beautifully repaired as if nothing ever happened to it before, finally I'm able to wear this special necklace with the sense of joy and gratitude all over again.Lindsey Family is very warm hearted people and they genuinely care about customers.My husband is a kind of person who would not be easily impressed. But he was very so impressed by Lindsey Jewelers that he is already planning to buy me an anniversary gift.We will recommend them to all of our friends and family.

I called ahead and asked in advance of my arrival for instructions on lockup of my electric scooter. They reassured me there was an adequate space for securing my mode of transport. I called ahead to be respectful of both of our time. They weren’t able to accommodate for cyclists/PEV’s. There’s no lockup outside for sustainable transport and they don’t offer to let you park it inside while you do business. Never going here again. Even with my car. I called ahead of time to be polite. I was misled to thought we had any sort of understanding before my arrival.

If you’ve come upon this review, read no further, because you have found the best jewelers in the world.Last fall, I decided to make a custom engagement ring for my partner. After doing a quick Google search I found Lindsey Jewelers.Shannon responded to my request and was kind, knowledgeable, collaborative, and actively enrolled in my vision. This was such a big, important moment for me and she made everything so seamless.Lindsey Jewelers is also a family owned and operated business! It was such a joy to get to know Shannon’s two sons who each handled different parts of the process. I also got to chat with Shannon’s husband who designed the ring itself. I even got a “behind the scenes” tour and was able to learn a bit more about the intricacies of jewelry making!Shannon kept me posted with videos throughout the process of my ring being made which was also super fun.All to say, my experience with Lindsey Jewelers was priceless. The engagement ring turned our perfectly, my fiancée is thrilled, and I have already engaged Shannon and thee family on a variety of different jewelry projects.I am a customer for life!
