Me: calls after hours because I am a regular patient here with my pcp. I have a uti and did the at home test to verify as instructed by pcp from last occurance.Them: oh I’m sorry about your UTI, we will have the on call doctor call you right away.Dr Jasko (spelling?) who is on call: Hi, if you need antibiotics go to the ER. Bye!1. What is the point of primary care and/or having an on call doc to help?2. Thanks for trusting a woman with her own body, not!3. This is one problem in healthcare currently— ERs are overloaded, short staffed, and overworked. But sure let’s send them the 30 year old mom with hx of UTIs to get antibiotics??Rant over. Only positive is that the on call answering service was very kind!

They will bill you for urgent care services after you have a primary care visit and then refuse to correct the billing mistake. I have getting the run around for over a month now with phone calls that lead to no resolution.

Staff is friendly. Doctor visit was a total disaster. Charge $445 (in between insurances) even though the Dr. refused to prescribe a medication I've been on for 20 years. WANTED me to take SSRIs (not depressed but he probably gets a kickback). He is afraid of prescribing benzos even when the patient has been taking them to sleep for 20 years. When I expressed my disdain for NOT being able to get critical medications he said it was "against his principles" (HUH?). He suggested I go through "withdrawals" which could kill me. THEN, I received a "we're firing you because you threatened us" letter (I did say I would sue - which is not a threat, it's my right) and "made the staff feel "unsafe". (HUH?) I'm 62 years old and weigh 110. So, I am a threat? Plus this is now permanently on my medical records. Not sure about the other doctors, but whatever you do, AVOID Marco Pocholo R Valencia!! He does not listen, and does not care. He only cares about himself. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! (not sure why it says I am in San Fran, I am in Portland)

Dr. Guyette and all staff members I’ve interacted with are wonderful. Friendly and professional.

I would just ask that the Legacy staff would take a class in ethics!

I see Dr Wu there and she is fantastic. Super responsive to messages, and listens to my concerns. I actually look forward to my yearly physicals. The lab techs are great, and can draw blood easily despite my tiny veins.

The staff and facilities are great. Appts are timely. But I have had two primary care physcians here and both were very negative experiences. First pcp left the clinic and solicited me to follow him during an exam, akward to say the least. Then, I presented the exact same set of symptoms to my second pcp at this same location for over TWO YEARS and never improved or really did much. Consistently takes weeks to get a referral not days. My medical records where not kept current with prescriptions and conditions diagnosed by other doctors. I would plug them in online and the clinic would ignore the entries. Blood labs were incomplete, did not test free testosterone for diagnosing hypogonadism or Ige for mast cell activation for example. When a lab came in below range my pcp here at Legacy LO said "I dont know what that means" and was never followed up on or explained further. Im leaving some details out but I got this vibe that one pcp was protecting the other for some reason. It was really weird and triggering. Everyone is super nice and friendly but there is no substance and I think a cloud over the clinic. I no longer trust anything with Legacy Health and never will but especially this clinic. It is too bad too. I had been seeing Dr. Bas Wagner since I was a child and took pride that I had roots with the clinic going that far back, actually to Dr. O'Shea.

The front desk staff here is horrible. They had zero interest in helping me and said whatever necessary to get off the phone asap. I pray I don't have to deal with these people again.

Wish I could give this clinic a zero star! The scheduling staff is HORRIBLE!! I only went here for a couple years because of how amazing Dr. Harper was. Unfortunately he has left. I thought I would give the new doctor that replaced Dr. Harper a try. I called multiple times to schedule an appointment and no answer. Finally was able to leave a message and got a call back the following day. The schedule staff couldn’t have been more rude on the phone. I even told her I was sorry she was having a bad day and that just made her mood worse. I understand that everyone is under pressure right now but it’s not an excuse to be rude.

I typically don’t leave reviews unless I have an exceptional experience, this is a place to get just that! My boyfriend and I were running so late to our appointments. Some people could just turn us away but not only did they fit us in but they were so exceptionally kind, polite and friendly. I love this experience and want everyone to know, I appreciate you legacy health!

I have nothing but good to say about this clinic; low key, small pleasant size without feeling of "just a number" waiting in lines behind a line to check in, etc. Underground parking a bonus, with elevator . Find the physicians excellent, friendly, usually little wait time. Appointments in morning may be one reason, but have been able to get attention promptly and phone calls returned promptly. VERY SATISFIED,

Tried to call to set up an appointment twice, the front desk hung up on me both times. Not sure what their issue is.

Dr. Wu and her medical staff have been very helpful. They are fairly quick at getting back to you and they definitely listen to your needs.

My experience with the staff here has been very positive, and they appear to value my privacy as they have asked me on several levels to verify my identity before they would disclose any information. I spoke to a gentleman named Saam on the phone and he was very pleasant to talk to prior to my appointment. The ladies at the front desk were kind and courteous, as was the MA who saw me. Dr. Wu was very thorough with me and overall I had a great experience with this place. Very professional, clean, and calm. :-)
