Super disappointed to hear that there was a teacher v@ping in the building and purposely blowing it kids faces. I would not recommend this place is very poorly managed and not a safe environment for kiddos!
It was not a positive experience!! whatsoever I do not think that is a responsible nor safe action and i'd like to know if that individual is still at you facility for safety reasons and your steps to prevent this incident from recurring. As well as how you plan on fixing all of the internal issues within your facility and how the staff shortage and over the limit crowded rooms will be handled?

I love this place. Everyone we've interacted with has been so kind and wonderful. My son's teacher, Jude, is the best. They have a sweet, comforting and calm presence and I can tell my son feels safe and secure with them. He has learned so much in the short time he has been here. There is great communication from the director and the teacher. I get multiple updates through the app that includes pictures, diaper change updates, what food was served and how much he ate. It's great. They have interesting lesson plans and he gets to play outside every day. Highly recommend if you're looking for childcare in the area.

Love this place and my baby loves it too. I'm so glad they had an opening when I needed it. Cam the director is great and very involved and responsive and on her A game. I can't say that about all other daycares. I recently moved and had to change daycare and was sooo sad to leave this place. I've toured so many other daycare and nothing comes close to Kindercare unfortunately. They just have their ducks in a row. They also have this app which updates the parents and is a way to communicate with the teachers. My baby just absolutely love love Nahomi!! I almost considered moving closer to this kindercare . Anyways I highly recommend this kindercare.

We loved Lake Grove Kindercare when Kiki was the director, sadly a lot of things changed when she left. My daughter did not have an easy time there, although the teachers were amazing, I cannot say the same about the new director. whenever my daughter was upset she would laugh and tell me it was funny, one day I came to pick her up early as she had a sports class and the director said to film her if she has a tantrum and send it to her, because she thought it was funny. As a family we were going through a lot as we lost her baby brother unexpectedly a month prior and she was struggling with all these changes and unfortunately daycare was not a safe space for her anymore. I do not recommend Kindercare.

I've been working for KinderCare and I have been a parent of KinderCare for almost 3 years. I recently transferred to lake Grove and I absolutely love it here the teachers are phenomenal the students learn every day my kid comes home learning new things everyday and I really appreciate how devoted they are here at Lake Grove. I recommend this facility 100 times over. You won't be disappointed.

Our daughter has been at KinderCare for close to a year now and while there have been some teacher turnovers in the infant room over these months, she has loved every single one of them. Even as a first-time mom, I was never worried about whether or not they were taking good care of her. My daughter also came home with new, surprising skills, which we attribute to her teachers there. Pre-COVID, I stopped by every day to spend time with her and witnessed how the staff interacted with the kids. It's exhausting work but they still manage to stay upbeat and positive, so I really appreciated that. As for how they're handling the whole COVID situation, my husband and I are of the opinion that they're sincerely doing their best.

I’m a working mom and have to send my 3 months old to infant care. I started looking for a school when I was 7 months pregnant. I found KinderCare near where we live and had a tour. They encouraged me to pay the deposit to reserve a spot as the openings get full very fast. So I did, but a week before the start date, we found out about some staff change. The change conflicted with our family belief and it was not communicated effectively. We had too find another suitable school to send out baby to a week before I started work. The school refused to return the deposit we paid. During my discussion with KinderCare Lake Grove, I noticed some issues, especially their ability to inform parents. I lost confidence in the school! I would not recommend this school to any parents.

Lake Grove KinderCare has been great for our kids. We have been part of the Lake Grove family for about 3 years now and I cannot praise them enough. Our children have continued to flourish. Their educational curriculum with reading, phonics, math etc is amazing. Our children will come home and surprise me with what they know. More importantly for me personally is the amount of play they get and the relationships they make. Every teacher knows both of our children and they know them. The outdoor areas are fantastic. The summer camps offer a variety of experiences that are unique and fun that promote learning outside of normal curriculum.

I witness a caregiver stomp on a kid while he was napping. cause she was procrastinating about her day and trying to do things fast. While all the kids were sleeping on floor beds. They should have people with a lot more patience especially when they have all these little bodies laying around. The sweet kid woke up and eminently asked if she was ok... The Caregiver didn't even check on him and kept going about how stressed she was.She did all that just to cross the room and get my sons bag that we were not even in a hurry. I wasThere in and out in 2 min .god know what else happened threw out the day.
