Danielle was just the sales person we wanted. She understood our very specific taste. We can't wait to see our new sofa. Are only regret is how long it will take. We are not patient people. But we are happy with her professional service.

Janie was absolutely fabulous. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She was so gracious to my 98-year-old mom who was in need of a new sofa. She was so authentic and kind to her.

I was looking for a specific media tv console of a brand they carry. Gave them a call (I’m in Washington) was told yes they could order it but they would need to check with the rep about ordering time. Since this was a Sunday Lorri told me she would find out the specifics and let me know the next day. By 9 am the next day she texted me everything I needed to know. They requested I call to order over the phone, which I did. Delivery should be 6-8 weeks! So far very impressed.

I came in knowing what I wanted and had a picture and name of the item I was interested in.From start to finish, the gentleman that helped me (Ryan) was very knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to work with.

Had a great experience at the store with KC as my sales person. She was super personable and easy to work with. There’s no sales pressure here - just assistance if/when you need it. Every sofa in the store has an excellent warranty, so you know they only carry quality pieces. I came here specifically because many of the sofas sold online are garbage and I wanted something that would last more than a couple of years. Highly recommend this store.

I’m going to give a two star rating to the salesperson. ( Lorri). She made me feel rushed. And didn’t get the right delivery address. I felt like she had better things to do. But when I called on Monday the person I talked to. To change the delivery address was a delight. Very customer service oriented. Rare these days. 5 stars to him.

Had the best customer service and experience with Lucina! Lucina was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and also gave us time/space to talk about options and finances. Wanted something durable and that would last us decades. We ended up going with a Stanton couch, the company is local and has been around for decades. We were able to customize the layout, material and it came with 6 pillows with customized material as well. Loved the flexibility with the financing so we didn’t have to just settle and we could get what we really wanted. Will be recommending anyone to come here for the best experience and not having to deal with the corporate businesses.

Key home furniture was the first furniture store I walked into without immediately feeling overly pressured by salespeople. Dan was the absolute best! He was kind and helpful but not pushy and they have a wonderful selection of furniture. I love my new sofa.

Lynda was amazingly helpful from the minute we stepped in store. Her background in interior design allowed us to choose items that fit our home based off our paint colors and floors. Her follow up is unmatched, making sure we had all our questions answered over the course of a week and never felt rushed with any decision. We highly recommend Lynda for any purchase at Key Home Furnishings!
