I tried to get a simple oil change on my day off and They tell me to come in for service and when I did, they told me I sent all the guys home"! So he says tomorrow morning, which I did and then he tells me I can do it on Monday. I will never use them again, as they are obviously amateurs and dont have their act together!

They did a great job taking care of my car, a 2007 Ford Escape. I had my brakes go out and due to the age of the car and wear on the brakes I needed a full brake job including brake lines. They were very communicative and went above and beyond to get the job done.

So glad I found this place! Jacob was super professional -- fit me in for a quick check at the last minute, then scheduled a brake change for the next week. The service was prompt and they even gave me a complimentary oil change! It can be frustrating to deal with "car guys" as a woman (who unfortunately knows nothing about cars) but these guys were so kind and transparent. 10/10 would go here again.

Truly the best experience with a mechanic ever! I use to fear taking my car in to be serviced at a dealership. Luckily after a series of unfortunate events I'd finally had enough at the dealership and several friends recommended I find a trusted mechanic. I checked out yelp and found JC Car Care. The 5 star reviews said a lot and so I called. From the first call to every interaction, Chris, was absolutely amazing! Chris took the time to answer my questions and was honest and transparent. One specific example is the dealership told me I needed to replace the timing belt on my Toyota highlander. The dealership then did and said some questionable things so I decided to get a second opinion. Turns out my timing belt has another 20,000 miles before it needs to be replaced. The quality of service and work at JC Car Care is the best! Highly recommend and I am grateful to have finally found a trusted mechanic who truly cares.

I have been going to JC Car Care for all of my vehicle's needs since about 2015. Chris and Jake have been nothing but kind, helpful, and honest. They often go above and beyond for me, which I am grateful for since I know little about maintaining vehicles. They can't even run DEQ testing for vehicle registration! I highly recommend them.

I took my 2002 Toyota Land Cruiser to JC Car Care. My truck was leaking coolant, needed brakes, and a whole laundry list of items that needed to be addressed. JC went through the vehicle thoroughly and provide a clear understanding of all the work needed. JC provided recommendations on what is required and what items I can delay. The work done on the truck is superb. I haven't this level of detail and work on my car in over 14 years. JC exceeds the workmanship of a Toyota dealer. I would highly recommend JC Car Care.

I love this place! They took care of the scheduled service on my 2006 Mercedes SL 500 for less than half what the dealer quoted! Chris got it right in and Jake got it out exactly when promised, gave me recommendations to keep an eye on fkd next time. I'm 100% thrilled to have found this shop!!!
