I have used J Thayer Co. at a previous company. There service level was good. Now at a new employer, I have attempted to contact the new accounts rep on two occasions and left detailed voice mail, no repsonse. called a third time asking to speak with anyone else and kept getting re-directed to same account rep. There is no sense of urgency for new business and no follow through from the new accounts rep.

J.Thayer is The Gold standard for Customer Service and pricing within the industry. I've been using J.Thayer for 7 years. Everyone who works at J.Thayer exceeds my expectations every time. The delivery is so fast and the relationship I've built with my account manager Alyxandra Sample is beyond valuable to me and my business. I recently expanded to use their services in another office location. Alyx is always available when I need her, and she has helped me out of a jam or too, with grace and care. I can't recommend this company more! I will be a lifelong customer, and I'm so grateful.
