This is the best bank! The people are friendly and always willing to help. Definitely recommended if you want actual service, rather than being stuck on hold at a "big-box" bank. Thank you for all of the help over the past year!

Doors locked during operating hours, no sign on door (apart from half a dozen signs about Covid). Impossible to bank here.

This bank has closed it's doors. Doors are locked during business hours, yet workers are inside. No signs on doors beyond the half dozen regarding Covid-19 masks and distancing. I thought I heard someone yell "drive through" as I walked away, but that would mean this bank discriminates against people without cars. Seeing as how the bank is closed to walk-ins, I have to assume that is the case.

An 87 year old man deposits $150K in to a CD, which was a mistake . . 6 weeks later, he has to withdraw the money -- and he pays $1,400 to the bank for his mistake . . a bank staff member told me that the manager was unwilling to extend any grace to this elderly gentleman (who is like family to me) . . yes, by the legal agreement, he owed the early surrender, but I would not want my bankers to make that kind of decision, especially when it involves an 87 year old . . I'd definitely find any other bank than this branch . .

Such an amazing bank. In the last few years, they took over Bank of Oswego which was a god send. The people who work here are very honest and very helpful. They are always eager to help and give sound advice. I am proud to be a Homestreet Customer. I appreciate a bank that follows the rules and regulations. I bet the last guy misses the time when the Bank of Oswego broke the rules and stole money from its customers. Heck HomeStreet called me when they thought fraud was being committed. Didn't wait for me to figure it out. NOPE
